No need to look any further for the PERFECT party! Jill at Pampered Parties is simply THE BEST of the best. She is extremely talented. Thank you, thank you, thank you for helping make my daughter’s 4^th birthday SUCH a success — what a classy, clean, & FUN environment to host a party in. This was perfect for us & the fact that you would have brought that party to us if we had our own venue is just icing on the cake. We absolutely loved it. My daughter chose a Frozen Princess themed birthday & Jill planned and delivered beyond anyone’s expectations… down to every last detail imaginable. It was so magical! Every little girl was living out her dream and I think the adults were too! The Princess Elsa visit was a HUGE hit. She was so talented & professional. The hostesses (& of course, Jill) were all so respectful and helpful and I felt so taken care of. I loved how everything was scheduled and on time. It’s not easy to plan a kid’s birthday party and it’s not easy to keep kids engaged and entertained in such an organized fashion, but Jill and her crew did it and did it so well! The decorations and personalized place settings & goody bags were SO cute. The food and cupcakes were delicious. Thank you, Jill, for being so accommodating to me and my guests (some were vegan and Jill went out of her way to use vegan bread and make meatless sandwiches for them). She was so prompt with phone and text and email correspondence too. She even took extra time to personalize my online invitations. I didn’t have to worry about anything– she took care of it all! I look forward to more parties with you in the future and would recommend you to anyone! I was so impressed. Thank you again for everything!

AMAZING place in Livermore that does fab parties! We had a group of 10 little girls yesterday at Pampered Parties & they all had the most incredible time… and I didn’t have to do anything! :) You can choose from many party themes & the owner Jill goes above and beyond to make your girls feel special! I believe she’s working on having parties for moms too!

Visit their new VENUE in Livermore! I’ve photographed many parties hosted by Pampered Parties. The owner Jill creates the most elegant custom gift boxes, snack bowls, and drinking cups with the children’s names. Her hostesses do a great job on hair, make-​up and face paintings. They’re great with girls aging 3 – 13. The kids always love the candy buffet. My favorite themed party is the Diva and the Spa party! Even I feel like I’m in Disneyland when the princess’s knock on the door. I’m anxiously waiting for the adult diva party to launch. I’ll end with this… if you want to sit back and enjoy your child’s birthday you need to call Jill at Pampered Parties!

Jill and her helpers did an amazing job setting up the the décor, arranging the snack corner. They came in as promised 1.5 hour before the start of the party and set up everything within no time. Jill’s attention to detail amazed me, I could not have imagined anyone else doing such a great job. We had a frozen theme and both my kids were in total awe from the beginning to the end of the party. The tiny guests and moms who accompanied them also enjoyed every bit of it. My 4 year old totally believed that Elsa came from Arrendale. Best part for me was that I did not have to do any set up or clean up. Jill is very professional, I would love to call her for more parties in the future. Thank you so much Jill for making my daughter’s birthday so memorable for her !!! Jill has this business down to a science. From the set up, the hosting, the décor, assistants, and clean up — she managed everything perfectly. You truly don’t have to do anything if you don’t want — Jill handles it all!
I’ll let my pics speak for themselves. We did the Barbie theme and everyone loved it. Definitely recommend Pampered Parties and I’m sure we’ll be using them again in the future! Thank you Jill for providing a fabulous party for my daughter that she’ll always remember!

I randomly found Pampered Parties online while searching for ideas for my daughter’s 7^th birthday. The photos on the website sold me right away as did all of the great Unilocal reviews. Initially I was a bit concerned about the price but when you see the amount of work that goes into your event, how fantastic it turns out, and how much the girls will LOVE it you’ll know it was all well worth it.
Jill responded to my e-​mail right away. I always think there’s something to say for being prompt. Our meeting went very well. She thoroughly explained everything that is included in the price and other things that are optional. I elected to have one of the optional crafts (decorating compact mirrors.) She also brought a slide show presentation for me to see additional photos that aren’t on the website. After the initial meeting Jill sent a detailed invoice and day-​of-​the-​party instructions. Jill was in contact with me before the event in order to secure last minute details that were needed before the party. I really felt like I was in good hands and the attention to detail was much appreciated.
Jill and the hostesses do an amazing job transforming your home into the Diva event. Everything from the stage, catwalk, café tables, karaōke, candy bar, hair and make-​up chairs, photo booth, clothing rack & accessory area. It really looked amazing. And the look on all of the girls’ faces was priceless. Jill and her team keep the girls very busy for two hours.
Overall I had a great experience working with Jill prior to the event and the actual day of the event. The money we spent was well worth it. It truly was an amazing event. I would recommend using Pampered Parties for your event.

We hired Pampered Parties for my daughter’s 9^th birthday party and her and all her guest’s had a blast. Jill and her team transformed my house into a spa and it was fabulous. They went above and beyond to make everyone feel special. The attention to detail was very impressive. Everything was set up wonderfully. We can’t wait to book another party soon. Just finished a birthday party for my 6yr daughter and her 11 friends. We chose the Ice Princess theme. What can I say, Pampered parties hit the mark. The entire day can be described by 1 word. AWESOME. Awesome Decorations, Awesome activities, awesome snacks, and a totally awesome Ice Princess who was right out of a Disney book and made every kid smile from ear to ear. THe crew set up and broke down everything. I asked my daughter afterwards how her party was and she said «It was the best day ever!». A fantastic job by the entire Pampered Parties crew.

My daughter celebrated her 10^th birthday party in San Francisco last weekend and it was absolutely magical with Jill from Pampered Parties… Jill is super organized — even brought her own chairs !, gracious, great with kids and her daughter, Lindsey and friend Sonia were equally amazing. I highly recommend Pampered Parties — the girls has such a great time — they were talking about it for days afterwards… our place was so well decorated, and the girls were kept busy getting pedis, facials, getting their hair done, chatting around the incredible sweet bar with a fountain of punch !! Like wow !! The photo booth was a major hit — the girls got to dress up and take as many photos as they wanted… Jill and her crew came in, set up, took everything down and left the place clean… I have never had the easiest time as a parent during a birthday party ! Thank you SO much Jill — you are the best !!!

Greatest party ever! My 10 year old and her friends had the greatest time. Jill thinks of everything, every little detail is thought thru, everything is personalized. Jill and her team bring the full spa into your house. It looks amazing and seeing girls enter and seeing all the things that Jill and her team prepare for them is priceless. Truly a party to remember.

My daughter attended one of her friends parties which was put on by this company. It was excellent. After recentely trying to contact the owner, we found she had moved to the bay area and was no longer in the El Dorado region. We are highly disappointed, but know she will be successful as her parties are extremely superb!!! If looking for a party planner for your young daughter, look no further!

My daughter recently attended a Pampered Party for a friend and it was so well organized from beginning to end. Packed with fun things for the girls to do to make them feel special from manis and pedis, to facials and makeup! My daughter is already planning for her birthday party! She told her cousin about it and she’s already booked a party for her 8^th birthday in January!
