New Image Construction and Remodeling

My husband and I recently moved to California and into our home, we were faced with the daunting task of remodeling our kitchen. Naturally, we were concerned with hiring a reliable, honest contractor, who would provide quality workmanship. Our concerns were put to rest once we met with Brad. I can’t say enough about Brad and his partner Eric, these guys truly care about the work they do, there is great pride in their workmanship, and reputation. Brad is a perfectionist, has an eye for the smallest details, and has creative ideas that I would have never thought of that really enhanced the job, I just wish I had the budget to put all of his creative ideas into our home. In addition to his workmanship, he was committed to get the job done when he said it would be done, Brad and Eric worked tirelessly to ensure the kitchen was done on schedule, a rare quality in this business. There will be future projects for our house, I wouldn’t even consider hiring any contractor other then Brad.

Working with Brad and Eric completely changed my opinion about contractors. They are honest, straightforward, reliable, and trustworthy. They’re also very respectful of your home. Our job wasn’t huge, but it was important to us, and Brad took it very seriously and gave us his best work — with is impeccable.
We had our rickety fireplace and hearth removed, the wall replaced (interior and exterior), and the hardwood floor filled in. They are amazing! Brad found wood to match, wove in the boards, and made it look as perfect as possible. You’d never know that part of the floor wasn’t original. The best part was that when he wasn’t happy with the way the work was going, he never settled for less than perfect.
Also, he only works with high-​quality sub-​contractors and demands the same high-​quality work from them as he does himself. In fact, when he wasn’t happy with the stucco finishing, he arranged for the stucco guys to come back and fix it — I never said a word.
Don’t even think about calling anyone else. I’m already planning my next projects for New Image Construction…

Awesome! I have now done two remodels with Brad and his company, New Image Construction. The quality of workmanship is outstanding and Brad’s attention to detail makes the remodeling process actually enjoyable. His flexibility and willingness to incorporate ideas that come up along the way ensures the homeowner gets his vision delivered. I’ve also noticed that Brad engages other businesses that have the same high level quality standard. (Glass, plumbing, cabinets…) His design eye is a huge plus when deciding on what works well together and what doesn’t. He and Eric go out of their way to make sure everything stays clean and as uncluttered as possible during to whole project. I can’t say enough about these guys and have already started a list for my next project with him. As far as I’m concerned, Brad is the only contractor I now let touch my house. He is the best I’ve worked with.

Do not call around and entertain any other contractor. Go with Brad and his team immediately! My husband and I had a nightmare of a kitchen remodel experience with a contractor we found off of Angie’s List (buyer beware, never use Philip’s Remodeling) who not only was completely unprofessional, did horrible work that needs to be redone, but unethical and walked off the job with our $ in pocket for a job not done. Mere hours after this took place Brad and Eric showed up and gave us their assessment, excellent advice, and a listening ear to my husband and I who were distraught. Brad has helped us navigate this situation and completely restored our faith in contractors. I can say without hesitation that you will have superb customer service and a smooth remodel if you go with Brad. Avoid the nightmares that are out there, go with New Image Construction and Remodeling first! We sure will be!
