This place is horrible!!! I went in yesterday and was greeted by two women whom didn’t seem happy to see me. I had knots in my back and in pain I asked for a deep massage the lady pretty much rolled her arms all over my back without working the area with knots, She also directly sprayed the oil on my body ummm isn’t she suppose to put it in Her hands then on me. I felt rushed and uncomfortable with her massage technic I will not be returning. Save the time and money and go to a professional, I am still in pain and have to see someone today

I have been here before a few years ago and liked it. Was in a car accident 2 days ago so went yesterday and it was terrible. I paid extra for deep tissue, there was nothing deep tissue about massage. At first they had me lay down in a used dirty bed tha sheets weren’t changed and I had to ask to be moved. The woman wouldn’t even leave the room for me to get redressed because she was ready to go home and texting. Terrible massage and gross place, please don’t waste your money.

I have been going to Tony here for going on 2 years and he is honestly the BEST massage therapist i have ever had, and trust me i have had plenty. When i originally called to make an appt, i asked for a male therapist as I wanted to try that out as i had always previously had females and thought I’ll try something new. What a treat, he is very professional, kind, understands exactly what you need and makes me feel 200% better every time i leave. I honestly would never even think about going to anyone else for a massage. Don’t be intimidated by the cost being so low it’s only $ 40/​hour or the look, it is a small place and not frilly nor fancy, but inside the rooms they are exactly what i need, quiet, low light and very relaxing. I would highly recommend Tony to anyone needing a massage, he is the best in the industry in my opinion.

Tony is amazing! Extremely professional & listens to where massage is needed. Always on time & never cuts massage time short. If you’re looking for someone strong, effective and worthy he’s the one!

Went in again for some general relaxation and to help with a stiff shoulder. Paid for an hour and only received 50 minutes. In general the massage seemed mindless and the therapist had nails that were too long. There was work being done outside the room and the noise was distracting.

Unfortunately, the massage that I got was below average. The muscles therapist’s hands were cold and gave me goosebumps every time she touched me.

My wife and I have had several massages here and we’ve always been happy with the experience. And you can’t beat the price. I ask for Tony for deep tissue massages. I want it to hurt a bit to feel like the kinks are actually being worked out. My wife is a much softer touch, but still happy with the massages.
The waiting room isn’t much, but the massage rooms are the same as most every massage place I’ve been. Quiet, clean and low light.

Just ok, I have gotten better massages elsewhere, person giving the massage kept leaving the room and wasn’t that talented, I wont be back.

Tony dose not own this place no more. Me and my wife have been going there for a while and had good experiences. But the last two times we have visited we haw felt uncomfortable was shorted a half hour. Cd was skipping, the massage therapist left the room multiple times in the middle of my massage, just was not the same feel as before we will look for a new place to go to now.

Still going to this place, still seeing Tony to relieve my muscle soreness. I came in for a 1 hour deep tissue last night since my back muscles have been incredibly sore. He is trained in what he does, and knew right where to dig out all of the knots and knead the muscles. I left with no pain and feeling great. Best massage I’ve had in a long, long time!
I’ve since canceled my membership at another massage spa nearby in favor of this place. More affordable and more effective massages here. It may not have as many bells and whistles as the bigger brand names, but that is how they keep the prices of their massages down, which I prefer. They concentrate on the things that are more important. I love the free aromatherapy offered with the massage, and there is always a bottle of water waiting for me afterwards. I appreciate that the lotion is wiped off of my feet with a warm towel at the end of the massage so that my feet don’t slip around in my shoes. It’s those little things that make me feel appreciated as a customer. Oh, and did I mention the massage was amazing?
They do prefer payment in cash here (their credit/​debit machine acts up every now and then). Don’t let appearances fool you. Give this place a try.

They have changed owner’s. Nancy is still there, Love her she’s a great massage therapist. Front desk area is different new owner moved stuff around, & no more receptionist which I did not like! I waited outside with Nancy for 30 mins for the owner to let us in… which doesn’t make any sense why would you leave your employee without a key. Anyway’s besides that. It’s okay.

I wasn’t expecting much for the price of this place but c’mon. I walked in and immediately got an unpleasant vibe. The lady behind the counter was coughing out into the air and arguing with someone in her cell and rude to the receptionist. They said their masseuses were busy but the girl behind the counter could do it. She looked about ¹⁶⁄₁₇. I just ran the marathon so I needed a rub down. I was desperate, otherwise I would’ve sprinted out of there. I asked for deep tissue with firm pressure. I got a girl softly applying smelly canola oil on me. People were doing construction all around the outside of the room
. There were open walls at the top so I could hear everything all around the building. Talking, laughing, construction. It sounded like they were right in the room. So uncomfortable when your nude. The girl was very nice so I won’t say her name. My legs and body are in no better condition then when I came. When I went out to pay he said he preferred cash. Wow. Get me out of here! You really get what you pay for!

My husband and I went in for a couples.
The reception area is quite small and only has seating for 3.
There as a bathroom. Most places that require you to remove your
Clothing have showers and robes available if you want to rinse off before and after. This one didn’t. I also think they can use a eucalyptus steam room that would be nice!

What you pay for, right?! 40 bucks for 60 minutes is not bad!
I see others with ½ stars for this place, but seriously?
You could’ve spoken up about the things they were doing wrong
And just maybe they could have adjusted to your liking :)
I on the other hand will be returning again.

I was referred here by a friend for a couples massage and right away I was already bit excited and curious of the quality of the massage because of the low price. Let me tell you, this has been one of the best massages I’ve had… ever. I of course communicated with the therapist (Tony) my trouble areas and he definitely had no trouble locating the knots I was referring to. The therapist I can tell was very professional and talented on his work. During the massage I wondered if my boyfriend had a similar experience and the first words he uttered after were the same as mine, «best massage ever»!
We will definitely be returning to this place. $ 80 for couples massage and you can’t beat that price! Also, it wasn’t hard to for us to schedule our session even though I specifically request Sunday 3−5pm which I think is a pretty tight range of availability.
The receptionists were also very friendly and accommodating!
One thing that I would have to say is DO NOT be fooled by the outer appearance of the place. It’s no upscale massage but inside the rooms were clean, quiet and the service is excellent!
PS drove here all the way from Hayward but worth the drive! I also have tried Massage Envy for months and I can’t even compare the quality of therapy I received from this place versus what I received from Massage Envy.

God, I hate giving one –star reviews. If I’m that upset with a place, I usually just seethe in my own upset-​ness for a week and forget the review all together by the end of it. However, my girlfriend and I found it necessary to report on this one, because… well, it was really that bad.
We’re new to the Livermore area and are looking for a place to get our monthly couples massage. This place is down the street from our house and had really competitive/​affordable prices. SCORE! We were excited to give it a try. So I booked a couples massage for the middle of the week later in the evening at 7pm.
Now, we are NOT snobby gals who require an upscale place and immaculate service. We were already impressed with them letting us pick a scent that they stuck under our noses for the massage… the place was small and a little dusty, but nothing warranting any stars in a review to be taken away… then we got to the massage… nevermind you, my masseuse’s stomach was grumbling the whole time and begging to be fed (again, not picky, I can get over that) but the massage itself was like I had just paid someone to rub lotion on me in a slightly above normal lotion-​rubbing fancy way. She rubbed the exact same spot on my back over and over and over and over and over and over and over. She put pressure on all the wrong spots to the point where it actually caused discomfort. She neglected to work out the obvious knots on my back that she swept her hand over several times while applying the lotion, and it was not a symmetrical massage (ie: not even for both sides of my body and totally random movements). So the whole time I’m thinking, «i hope my girlfriend is at least enjoying her massage» — well after it’s all said and done we sit up and look at each other and mouth «what the F**» at the same time. Apparently, her massage was the exact same experience as mine.
Now, I’m not sure if these are some random on-​call masseuse’s that they called into just do our massage or what. But we both left un-​relaxed, with ignored knots on our backs, and honestly quite perplexed about how we could have received such horrible massages. We agreed that it was the worst massage we’ve ever gotten. I mean, we’re still talking about it a week after…
Again, maybe it’s not their normal massage personnel. Maybe they have better ones that we happened to miss that night. Whatever the case, that’s our story, and I’m afraid we won’t be returning. There are too many options in the Livermore area to be left disappointed like that.

The price and convenient appointments available are helpful with my budget and schedule.
I’ve been here twice and the receptionists were young but very sweet and seemed well trained.
Neither of my massages were the best I’ve ever had, but they were good for the price, and professional.
The only problem I had was the walls don’t go up to the ceiling, so you can hear every other room’s conversation as well as the bathroom fan/​toilet flushing (not relaxing)

I went there for the facial the other day and I had an awful experience there!
They never even asked why I came or what kind of skin I have or any of my concerns. The girl just did something like face massage and put some random cream on. The reason I came there was cleaning my skin. When I finally asked her, she said she has no equipment to do it! Really? I explained on a phone when I made an appointment that I need to clean my pores, and they said sure! And now no equipment!!! Are you kidding me? I was really upset and called a manager, who said that she can’t do anything, because everybody else really liked their facial!!! Really? How can this be an argument? After a week my face looks awful! All covered with red blisters, looks like they over dry my skin or give me an infection… I never had such problems before.
Now should go to a dermatologist!
They don’t know what they are doing for sure!

Great value! $ 40 for a hot stone massage. My friend and I really enjoyed our massages and would go back if we lived in Livermore.

As a former therapist at this location, let me say first and foremost that the therapists at Regruv’n are some of the best in the business. Each therapist has their own style and work pretty well together. The owner of this business, Stephanie, is an amazing person. Stephanie works hard to make sure all of the therapists are happy at Regruv’n. Unfortunately, Regruv’n’s front office staff is running the business into the ground.
The so-​called «assistant manager» is a 20 year old with no prior management experience. All of the office staff is under the age of 23 and very immature and unskilled at running a front office environment. None of the office staff receives proper training. Their scheduling tactics exhaust the therapists. Tips given to the office staff are questionable so make sure you tip your therapists directly.
On another note, this is a legitimate massage spa. The extremely low prices create daily issues with creepsters propositioning the therapists. The front office staff cannot be depended upon to screen the creeps and therapists are repeatedly put in potentially dangerous situations behind the closed door of the therapy room.
All in all, you’ll get a great massage at Regruv’n for an amazing price. Remember to tip your therapist!

I had an awesome massage yesterday by Angela, and it was the best detox a doctor could have ordered. I feel like a new person! Not only that, the price is so affordable. I found Regruv’n on Unilocal and its everything I expected and more. I plan to try all the different styles of massage available. Sports, Swedish, and more deep tissue please… You guys rock!

I try to get a massage at least once a month but for the price they charge I can get two. They are friendly as can be and the survive is beyond amazing. I have had Nancy every time. I’m sure the other staff is just as good but Nancy is wonderful. I feel so much better after my visits. I was have a ton of pain in my lower back and by the time I left I had forgotten all about it.
I would recommend you take a trip over. You will NOT be disappointed.

I try to get a massage once or twice a month. I have a very demanding job and nothing helps me to destress my mind and body better than a massage. This spa is not very foo foo but my therapist knew the right techniques to get me relaxed right from the start. She lisented to my concerns and gave me advice at theend of the massage. I will be back.
