Livermore Audi is great renovated showroom. We bought a Audi Q5 from this location and we come here for service. Everyone there is kind and they are quick at fixing your car needs. They also have a sitting area with tv so the time goes by quickly while you wait.

I recently purchased a used 2012 Audi A6 from here. The salesperson who assisted me was Trisha Henley. She did a great job giving me all the details about the car, its history etc. Trisha was a pleasure to deal with and also had extra knowledge of the off-​lease cars since she also handled all the leases. I had done a lot of research online through a number of sites including cargurus, carlypso ec and Trisha helped me get a great deal for the car. In addition she has been thorough and called me a couple of days later just to check if everything was okay. I would definitely do business with livermore audi and especially with Trisha Henley as the sales person. She was awesome.

I had the best experience at Audi of Livermore. It was easy and actually really fun. Qase was my car salesman. He was very knowledgeable about every single car he showed me, and made my transaction as simple as possible. Out of all the dealerships I visited this by far is the best one. He just made everything so simple and made sure I was comfortable the entire time I was there. Even after I made my purchase. He called the next day to check on me to make sure everything was ok. Last but not least was Mike the financial manager. He was awesome and super nice. I felt so good about spending my money with Audi. He is the best person to wrap up your deal with. He was patient, knowledgeable and took his time to answer all of my questions. I felt fabulous as I drove off in my new car! The finance department was fantastic!
