Little Rascals Learning Center

I moved my son at 4 years old from traditional in-​home daycare, that he loved, to Little Rascals because I was worried about him being read for Kindergarten.
I was surprised how easily he transitioned into LIttle Rascals. He made friends quickly and had fun every day. Karen & Kelly are very patient and offer a good mix of outdoor time with indoor, so my son actually came home tired! He wasn’t sitting around all day.
For the first time, he picked up a pencil, crayons, and participated in art projects. Though he refused to at home, here at Little Rascals he joined in and got a little taste of what Kindergarten was going to be like.
My son got GREAT care here and I would recommend it to anyone!

Both of my daughters attended Little Rascals from age 2 right up until kindergarten and even for a couple summers after kindergarten.
Karen and Kelly offer a fun and safe environment for the kids and work on their early academic skills in prep for kindergarten. Both of my daughters began kindergarten academically and socially ahead of many of their peers thanks to the help and care of Little Rascals.
I always loved seeing all of the kids art projects on the walls and hearing about/​seeing what kind of science experiment they had done. My daughters really, really enjoyed their time at Little Rascals and think of Karen, Kelly and the friends they made over the years fondly.
No place or person will ever completely replace the way a mom believes they can care for their own child. With that said, I knew that at Little Rascals I was leaving my daughters in a safe environment with two smart and experienced women who cared for my children like their own. Being able to drop my girls off and head to work without any worry meant the absolute world to me.
Thank you Karen and Kelly for being such strong role models for my daughters (and myself!) and for teaching and caring for them so wonderfully over the years. You two absolutely ROCK.

My daughter went to this school for a little over a year. The staff seemed good at first but then slowly you could tell they did not have a heart for working with kids. I would come to drop off and pick up my daughter and the teachers would be sitting down texting on their cell phones all the time. My daughter got hurt at this school twice and had to go to the er both times. Both injury’s were close together. They will tell you they don’t do time outs but that’s a lie they told me a few times that they had put my daughter in time out. Also they are not good at keeping things private. When I came in they would tell me what happened with other kids and other parents.
I have never seen the staff playing or interacting with the children. I’m also not saying my daughter is perfect but she never had as many problems at any other school as she did this school. I believe the kids here are bored so they act up to get the attention of an adult.
I would not recommend this preschool.

My 10-​year old daughter went to this preschool when she was about 2 ½. This was the first and only school/​day care I ever put her in and this is where she remained until she graduated and moved onto kindergarten.
I love this school and my daughter did too. The two sisters that own and operate the school are wonderful and you can really tell that they love what they do. My daughter still remembers this school fondly whenever we drive by their old location and wants to go visit their new location! :)
From what I remember about their program, they have a scheduled/​structured day and plan an appropriate curriculum based on the different age groups. They assisted and encouraged the potty training process, which was oh-​so-​helpful too.
I love these gals and they will certainly make your little one a part of their family.
