The gals are great here! Very nice and courteous. They have a menu to choose from for pedicures. I love the organic periwig the lemon or mint. They also have a big variety of polishes, colored tips, and colored acrylic. I definitely recommend it. I’ve seen people complain that for the price the don’t offer liquor, hate to say this but if you want a bar go to a bar not a nail salon. Do you want someone working on your nails, feet, or waxing you if they have been drinking?

I went in there with no appt at 1:50pm on a Wednesday. It was pretty busy but the woman up front sat me in the very back and left me there I sat for 30
Minutes!!! Everyone asked if I had an appt and when I said no just walked past me.
I understand I didn’t have an appt, but be straight forward and say you are full for now and offer me another time! I have never been treated that way! I’m not a regular but this has been the place I come to when I do get my nails done. So disappointed with the reaction when I was leaving just a very flippant sorry!

I really wish I could rate 0 stars. I have NEVER gotten an infection from a nail salon before. I went on Friday for a full set and ended up with a terrible infection on my left index finger. I expected a much better experience from a nail salon in a nice area. Now I’m left with a swollen and painful finger nail. I will be posting updates as I go to the doctor.

Bad experience both with the pedicure and the service. The lady at the front desk is very rude. Not just to me but to many people that I have seen walk in. Other friends of mine have said the same thing!
Also, way overpriced for what you get. 42 $ for a pedicure with just a sugar scrub and lotion? Definitely not worth the money. I normally don’t like to post bad reviews because I feel bad but I just had to for here!

Service is AWFUL! Made appointment, sat for 20 minutes still no service. Meanwhile watched them seat others that came in AFTER me.

It’s okay, but the money I spent could have been well better at another salon that I know that will give you a nice «Drink» $ 82 for Shellac Style French Manicure/​Pedicure! Eeck. Think I’ll try to find somewhere else that offers free beverage with those prices!
Went in for just the French Manicure/​Pedicure told the lady, just the French Manicure/​Pedicure for $ 42! She persuaded me to do the «Shellac Version» $ 20 more for Pedi and $ 20 more for Mani! She also offered me their «Pedicure» Menu which I’m blown away by the extras! Egads! I royally miss the inexpensive costs in California for my mani/​pedis! Pedi’s with stone massage is hard to come about in Colorado without paying «Extra» for them!
Needless to say the french was done nicely looked a little thick to me, but as she stated, «It will grow out!» Yes in one week looks great! She even fixed my thumb nail that wanted to split on me! Luckily it’s still there and not ready to fall off!
Don’t forget to grab a coupon (Valu-​pak) is where I went to get it online! The name is actually «Central Nails.»
Do I want to go back, Probably not, too much of a «sweat factory of women» and I’m not too fond of the busy body atmosphere. I’m rather someone that likes small salons to go to that offer a multitude of services, and this one, though they did give me water after I started chocking on fumes, was not up my alley.
Do I recommend it for people? Yes if you want to spend a fortune for your nails to be done! No if you are like me still trying to find that niche of a spot to say «This is where my mani/pedi’s can be done» This was unfortunately not the place for me! :(

I went here for the first time and it was $ 22 for a what they call «quick pedicure» there was no massage included and they didn’t take any dry skin off my feet. I was totally disappointed! The massage is one of the best parts when you pay for a pedicure. On top of that all they have a pit bull dog mix that is there all the time. I am was not comfortable with that and I’m sure I’m not the only person. Also, they pressure you to spend more money by suggesting your eyebrow wax, nail design or a better pedicure. (I hate when nail shops do this.) I showed my nail tech a picture of a nail design I wanted and she said she could do it for $ 7 extra and my toe designed looked nothing like the picture I showed her. I wish she would have been honest and said she couldn’t do it. I would have rather left my nails plain. The whole experience was an utter disappointment and I will not be going back. They also charge more if you use a credit card just an f.y.i.

I thought they offered a good service at reasonable and regular price comparison to other salons. I think that they were welcoming and attentive when I came in and got me in without an appointment as there were sufficient staff to take care of a busy Monday evening.
I like that they had a menu of services so that you could choose the service that best suited your needs both financially and with respect to what service you needed included in your pedicure.
I likes that it was not overly noisy as well as the fact that there were plenty of both manicure and pedicure stations. They seem to operate very efficiently and I was really appreciative of that since I did not have an appointment.

I have been going here for about 1 year. They always get me in right away, have a variety of colors to choose from. I typically get a fill and pedicure. There are several girls that work here, therefore their availability is great. Sometimes, though, it is so busy, it seems unorganized and chaotic. Other than that, this is a great place for mani/​pedis!

I love this salon! Big and many options for polishes, gels, and powders. There are so many stations and staff members, you can walk in and be serviced immediately even if it is pretty busy.
I love Johnny for my nails, he does a great job and he is so much fun to talk to.
Christian gives the best pedicures.
Mary and Thuy have also given great pedicures (the signature is a great service and you can save if you pay cash)
Mary is so funny and does great quality work and you never feel like anyone, but her specifically, is talking you about you in Vietnamese.

I got my nails done on Tuesday. I come here often. Like every two weeks. This girl let my nails soak for a couple minutes then started scraping away and it was obvious they needed to soak longer. There was still shellac but so she just started filing it off. Which just makes my nail thing and not even. She was rough and they looked like crap afterwards. Bubbles in the polish and just crappy. But whatever. I figured I could live with it for two weeks. But one by one of my nail started breaking off because they were so brittle from her filing. I also had a bloody cuticle from her. which I think is bound to happen but she was unnecessarily rough. I ended up having to cut my nails short because they kept breaking. So I just went back and very nicely explained what happened and that if I could get them redone. The owner and the manager stood there and looked and basically said it was my fault that my nails are brittle. Bullshit. I had strong nails up until Tuesday. I’ve never had this problem in the last two years of getting my nails done. They made me feel so bad and he offered to fix a couple nails and put shellac over those but the rest of them he said were my fault. They are broken shorter than I could cut. It’s just WRONG. He also said it would take a long time to redo them. WHAT? That was just the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am not a mean person and I am not a rude person. I went in and was very nice and polite… that meant nothing to them. I will never walk into that place again.

I have went here approximately 6 times and I have to say I have received great service. However the last 3 times I have requested Tia and she is meticulous and friendly. My shellac looks perfect and better yet it LASTS. Her pedicures are A+

I called the salon and asked them how much a mani/​pedi would be for 2 children. The girl on the phone said $ 20/​each. Perfect. I drive the girls there and they get their teeny tiny fingers/​toes done and my total is $ 80??? The receptionist then says she thought I inquired how much a pedi alone was when she gave me the $ 20 price over the phone. They refused to do anything about this and gave me a lousy $ 5 off. I could have went down the street and paid $ 25. $ 40 per child is ridiculous. They lied to me over the phone to get me in the shop. BEWARE! No posted prices and shady scams!

shitty crappy service — never going there again and hopefully everyone else in highlands ranch will not go, save your money (pricey) but still get crappy service… the barely speak english!!!

Meh… came in today with my friend and got a polish change on my toes and a regular manicure. Staff was decent, didn’t really talk to me. Nails could have been painted a little neater and with a little more care. Corners of some nails left unpainted (not too noticeable) and cuticles were flooded with polish on a few nails. I could have done just as good a job at home, which is what I’ll probably do next time. Only real plus is that they were kind of busy when we walked in (no appointment) and got us in very quickly, although my friend and I weren’t seated close at all.

I used to frequent Venetian regularly, but I think something has changed within the past year.
A few months ago, I went for a pedicure, it was fine except the technician cut all my toenails unevenly. After she had painted my toes, there was a stripe of unpainted toenail on my left toenail and when I asked her if she could fix it, she stared at me blankly. I tried in various ways to ask her if she could just touch up that part of the toe that had been missed and she continued to stare. I believe it was simply a language gap, but still, it was visible and never resolved. Don’t worry, I did still tip her despite it all.

I went in today for a gel polish change and the technician destroyed my nails getting the old gel polish off. I understand when you have a busy customer day, you want to get things done faster, but with soak off gel polish, you still need to wait a bit for the acetone to work its magic. Instead, she decided to file off all the polish rather than just giving the acetone more than one minute. She was pretty rough, which I can handle, but she cut me twice with the emery board. Yes, she was filing down on my nails so hard that as she did the edges of the file sliced my cuticles and flesh around the nail bed. As I bled, she wiped it off with the dusty towel on the work station. Awesome…
As the session continued, she filed down my natural nails way to far. I am not talking length here, I am talking about the bed of the nail. My nails are super thin now. I have no idea why she decided to go over the entirety of my nails so many time, but then when she did start filing the length down, my nails started bending because the tips were now so thin. I got my gel polish on, it’s bubbly, uneven, there’s a bit of fiber from the towel embedded between the polish and my fingers hurt from the emery board cuts. For $ 25.00 for gel polish change and bloody finger tips, I think I’ll have to pass Venetian up.

I come here every other week for the shellac nails and whenever I need a pedi. I really enjoy the atmosphere and the honesty of all the girls there. If they tell me my nails look like crap, they more than likely do and they will fix me up fast. I also like if they tell me a color is weird or give suggestions to make a color I chose look better. I’ve never had a problem with the cleanliness or questioned the sanitary conditions of this salon and I am a germaphobe. YAY!

This place is a machine! Tons of chairs for mani’s and pedi’s and you get to chose your type from a menu of services. Seems clean and the staff is friendly!

I just got back from Mexico and broke my nail after having a shellac manicure at a different nail place in Denver. They did an ok job, and since it was my first time with shellac on natural nails I was cool with the job done.
Once I walked into this place though and had my shellac mani done, I will never go anywhere else! Located right near the Target and Sports Authority, also near my work off Lucent and C-​470, this place was fast and my nails have never looked better! The staff was really friendly and helped me pick out a pretty color, fixed my broken nail (making it look normal again) and manicured my nails in about 45 minutes! Perfect lunch hour mani! Looks way better than the first time I had it done at a different Denver salon! The color and shape looks awesome! I will def be returning every two weeks! Thanks Venetian/​Central Nails and Spa!

I just went here today for the first time and I will NEVER be back.
I get Shallec done and usually get a manicure every other visit. As soon as I walked in the door I was asked what I wanted done, I said just wanted to get Shallec this time. The lady asked if I wanted a manicure too, which I said not this time… She then looked at my nails and said «Your nails look so ugly, You need a manicure!» Wow! Very rude, I didnt say anything and went to go sit down at the station. As soon as she sat down too she said «So, manicure right??» Um…
I had to soak off my Shellac in a big bowl full of acetone for about 15 minutes. Then was transfered to another bowl of HOT, HOT water. My fingers felt like they were burning off but after being yelled at over the manicure I just sucked it up. I wasnt even asked if the water was okay.
After I was getting ready to leave she poured the acetone I USED back into the «CLEAN BOTTLE» of acetone, Ew! So gross! Nothing was sanitary and the tools were used to everyone without being cleaned first.
My nails look okay, I wasnt asked what shape I like or anything, I have shallec on my cuticles and Im going to have to do some touching up myself.
