Smarter Massage

So my appt was at 5pm. No one called to confirm and reminded the appt the day before like all the other places usually do. Then the day of my massage I got a message to remind me of the massage.
I googled and Unilocaled ‘Smarter Massage’ to prepare to go in for my massage and it came up with this ridgeline address. I showed up an hour early (got there about 4pm). But just waited in the car. My appt was at 5pm. By the time 4:50pm came along. The door was locked and it seemed to be closed. I kept calling the phone number and i called about 4 or 5 times, but no one answered. I even left one message. Then I called again and the lady on the phone said I must of googled the address and they’re not there. So she gave me the address and I had to look for the correct location.
So by the time I got there it was about 5:20 and I filled out the paper work.
It was me and a friend, that was there for a massage. My friend then needed to use the restroom before the session. They started the massage at 5:35pm and ended the session at 6:10pm. We were late but it was due to google and Unilocal showing the incorrect location and yet the business penalized me for being late. I was very upset. It was for an hour massage and I only received half an hour massage. I get massages quite often. About every two weeks and sometimes more frequent. And I’ve never been so dissatisfied with a business.
The massage itself was great. The masseuse, was a guy, had the right amount of pressure.
Although I did enjoy the service, the 30 mins of it. I felt it was wrong that I was there for an hour massage and paid for an hour and only received 30 mins of massage. As upset as I was I still tipped but I will assure you I will never ever come back and make sure everyone I know to be aware of how they do business. There isn’t even a listing for their new address on Unilocal nor on google and when they called to remind of the appt (that day of the appt) they didn’t confirm the address. All in all, i’ve gone to many places and gotten a lot of massages I’ve never had such a bad experience as this one.
