I ordered headphones online with a promised date of December 23^rd (one of those ship to store deals). December 24^th, still didn’t have the item, which was supposed to be a Christmas gift. My husband called and was transferred several times because nobody could tell him what the delay was. I called the actual store and the first question I asked was if the person I was speaking to was at the southwest plaza location. The person I spoke to said no, then proceeded to ask someone what location he was at. After finally confirming he was at the southwest plaza location and giving him my information he started telling me that because the headphones were proceed at $ 24.88 that means they are being discontinued. I asked him what that had to do with my purchased item and he continued to tell me that there wad nothing they could do. Why would they give a «promised» shipping date and not deliver? Needless to say the gift was not given on Christmas, and actually wasn’t available for pick up until ¹²⁄₂₉. Never again will I order or purchase anything from Sears.

Can’t believe Sears won’t allow me to exchange a pair of pajamas, a completely new and never worn gift, with tags intact. Absolutely ridiculous. Not asking for a refund, just store credit. Since I don’t have the receipt, I plan to never go back. Won’t even get into the last situation there trying to buy a microwave.

This place always disappoints. Every time we go in there, they are out of stock for what we need. Here’s an idea… If you are going to display your «most popular Craftsman lawnmower» maybe you should keep them in stock. WHAT A CONCEPT. Same thing happened with our washer and dryer. This place is a joke. As far as I am concerned, Sears will never receive another penny from us. What a waste of fuel!

Never again will I do business with Sears.
My garage door opener stopped working, so I called Sears to come and look at it. On my email confirmation it says if I do not accept the work, I will receive a coupon for all or most of the expense, so I figured might as well.
The technician arrived and did not have a ladder. I had to sign my name 5 – 6 times on his pad and it still did not work.
Then I never received my coupon. Upon multiple conversations with them, I was finally told it is a 10% off coupon. Well that is not what it said, but that is what they are offering.
A long time loyal Sears and Craftsman client is lost due to horrible, and I mean horrible customer service.
No wonder the company is going out of business. Couldnt happen fast enough in my book.

I just went to this Sears to buy three major appliances. The saleswoman was very knowledgable and helped me pick out the best bang for my buck. I am very happy with the whole experience.

I’ve always bought my bigger items through Sears. This time it was my Refrigerator, it had quit. Needed one ASAP. But I was told they didn’t actually stock them anymore and it had to be ordered. The clerk, when pressed did finally check stock on the one I liked and he did have one available in back. Fine I did all the moving (no delivery times offered from them for more than a week) installation etc. Unit is great. All set, but since it was unexpected I took the clerks offer to have a credit card set up with 18 month no interest. Sounded great.
Despite the fact the clerk copied my information directly from my drivers license he entered my unit number wrong. Hence the first bill was returned to Sears. And I’m waiting and waiting here with no contact for 4 weeks. I finally call them and I am told that now I am delinquent and it has gone to collections already. One month? The first month? I ask why they didn’t call me to confirm the address when it was returned, they said «we don’t do that». So instead I get slammed.
Excuse me, it’s Sears error and a real person can’t pick up a phone for 2 minutes to verify my address, instead they make steps that potentially could ruin my credit? Ya, well, fine. Of course I’ll make the Fridge payments because I intended to when I made the agreement. But I’ll have to think long and hard the next time I need to make a large purchase. Sears you have a lot of competition out here, and you’ve broken this customers decades old trust with this «we don’t give a flip what happens to you» attitude. And don’t think I won’t share what has happened, I’m telling my family, my friends and anybody else that might be interested about Sears poor business practices.
Hey Sears WAKE UP.

What are they thinking! I got a three foot long receipt for one item. There were probably 20 overly helpful people working and the store was dead. This place is going down.

This place is gross. If you want to feel like a trashball shop here. It’s rundown. Cold. Dingy. The staff is strange. They carry the Kardashian line. Definitely not a tour de force of class. Any store that endorses that clan of freaks is skid row in my opinion.

I went there because they had a particular tool I needed that I couldn’t seem to find anywhere else nearby. I found what I needed, but then the trouble began. The problem is that the kiosk you go to to pay is the same kiosk used for credit, layaway, and returns. Incredibly inane. The line in the tools area didn’t seem to be moving, probably because they were working credit for someone, so I went to another kiosk, with only a couple of people in line. Well, someone was doing returns that took a bunch of time. The cashier was nice enough, but this took WAY too much time. Probably 20 minutes instead of the 2 minutes it should have been. Horrible.

had to get some tools for my van. the prices are lower online, so when i asked them if they would meet their online prices, they said no. so i had to order online from a kiosk, i about used my phone… then i had to show the people who worked there where the tools were so they could take it to the back of the store for me to pick up fifteen minutes later. kind of a stupid process, but i do have a set of tools now and paid internet prices…
