Horrible customer service! We shop here exclusively and we recently bought a $ 750 men’s suit! We wanted to exchange it for a smaller size within 30 days. That’s fine if you can’t exchange it bc the pants are tailored but treat us with more respect.

I used to love to shop at this Dillard’s when I would visit my sister. I live in the bay area and we don’t have Dillard’s so it was always a go to for me. I guess they have had a change in management because it is NOT a place I will go anymore. The people that used to work are gone, the people that are there now are clearly not happy. They try, they are good people (the few that remain), but this new manager, Zach I believe is his name, treats his people really bad. It shows. I won’t be back. Good luck Zack. You have a lot to learn.

Pricey, pricey, pricey. I could get lost in the rows and rows of clothes, and I bet the sales associate would charge me for a map just to find my way out of the store.

Went to Dillard’s for back to school shopping and I had very helpful person in the kids area, Found everything we needed in like 30 minutes and were out just like that. I will be back for sure in the near future.

Horrible customer service. I bought my family Ugg slippers for Christmas here spending about $ 800. 3 months later, two pairs of the slippers were falling apart (which is ridiculous when spending $ 120 for slippers). Anyway, I brought the slippers, boxes, and receipt back to Dillard’s and asked to exchange the slipper since they didn’t hold up. I was told by multiple associates, managers, and the store manager that it was not their problem and I would need to take my complaint up with Ugg. RIDICULOUS! They have lost a loyal customer and I will be making any and all future purchases elsewhere.

One simply must take advantage of the poor economic retail sales at big stores like Dillards to explore only the real serious bargains. On Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend, the westside girl and I went on an 8 hour shopping spree finding incredible deals the entire day. Dillards
staff far outnumbered the customers and we were treated to outstanding customer service in every department. Yes, the customers are the boss is back in style. I found a high end leather black jacket for $ 99, dress shirts for $ 9, and Peggy found $ 15 summer dress deals. My favorite part of being the customer is when sales people act like they cannot wait to wait on you-​this was the deal at Dillards!
