Had one of their drivers block me in my parking spot, honk at me, then shovel copious amounts of obscenities on me when I reported her in person to her manager. Black girl named Angela or something. Angela if you read this I have a picture of your car and license plate. If you try anything funny police will be notified. UPDATE: I was contacted the next day by this locations manager who apologized profusely. I explained to him that the apology was unnecessary. I simply wanted to see his business succeed by pointing out the poison pill. The driver has been rightfully terminated. I’d like to give a shout out to Austin, Hannah, Justin, Cayman, and Tim. This store has a great crew who takes care of business.

Not so freaky fast anymore. And when I was delivered an incorrect sandwich, they questioned me as if I was lying.

I first fell in love with Jimmy John’s in college when I found there was a place that would deliver subs to me at 2 am. Previously Subway was the only sub choice I knew of, and JJ’s was a much better alternative! When we moved here, I was happy to see that there was a JJ’s in the same zip code, only a few minutes away. Sadly, they apparently don’t deliver to me? Not sure why. But whatever, as bummed as I was, we decided to visit this location in person. Not worth it. I was already was less likely to get anything from this location because they don’t deliver. I am even less likely now because my sub was disappointing. I got an 11. There was brown lettuce on it. There was also apparently onion? I can’t really eat onions so this isn’t something I was very happy about. I could taste it in almost every bite. I didn’t finish my sandwich. Guess it’s good that this location doesn’t deliver to its own zip code because I’d be tempted to get a sandwich that isn’t up to par. Definitely not what I’ve come to expect, especially compared to other JJ’s I’ve been to.

Okay, okay I came by for the free smell. But the owner of this Jimmy John’s donated a lot of food to our workplace. HAD to go back. Brought my psycho postal friend Mark with me. there food is very quick and very good! It’s hard to pull Mark away from his girlfriend Julie — but it worked this time.

If you like Jimmy John’s, go to any location other than this one. Their delivery times are long and I have gotten wrong orders delivered 3 of the 4 times I ordered from this, my local Jimmy John’s. They are unbelievably slow in the store as well, even when there are no other customers there or waiting. You can literally stand there and just watch the employees taking their time, often complaining about who has to actually make the next sandwich. I’ve overheard employees using foul and derogatory language on more than occasion in this store. It’s unprofessional and I don’t want to hear it. Please just make my sandwich, and let me get out of there. I shouldn’t have to wait up to nearly 10 minutes as the first order in line for something that is advertised as «freaky fast» and have to be subjected to your freaky language as well. It’s worth going the extra mile or two to any other Jimmy John’s other than this one, don’t waste your time.

Jimmy John’s, Do you even care anymore? Lately it seems my sandwiches have been made by chucking ingredients across the room and thrown in a bag. I posted the above comment quickly from my phone because it was the third time recently that good old JJ lost the good and just became old. I’ve given two stars because they serve a purpose. Well, sometimes. I have a job that, most days, I have ten minutes to eat before I’m taking the next client. Because of this, it is nice to rely upon the fast service of the local JJ. I will give you this, it is fast. But maybe a little too fast? Example, the Turkey Tom(as in turkey and tomato, unless Tom is just a guy and not an ingredient?) was missing the tomato. I am hoping I can update this review with more stars as they did send me a gift card when I escalated the issue of multiple mistakes and terrible sandwiches multiple times. I’m a forgiving human being, so let’s see if your apology rings true, Jimmy.

Wonderful bread(Oh my, can’t I just order a dozen of French bread? I can just see myself gnawing on it, plain, for breakfast, with a cup of coffee, it’s THAT good! Crusty and chewy at the same time yet I didn’t see them toasting it, it’s unforgettable!), wonderful meat, wonderful cheese, just an overall wonderful sub sandwich(I had the Beach Club, the one with avocado spread). Too bad they did away with the sprouts… Jimmy runs a pretty good social media network, you can expect your comments to be replied to in person on Facebook, if necessary, a private conversation can also be started. I got my coupon for a free side directly from them and I can’t wait to redeem it! I hope they’ll consider an e-club or e-mail listing with offers and updates. I will sign up in a heart beat!

Another Jimmy Johns, but I’ll be honest — I don’t think I’ve EVER had fresh lettuce on my sandwich from this shop. There’s also probably a 50% chance the bread is stale or hard too. For how busy they claim to be, you’d think they’d have fresh ingredients.

I have ordered from this shop numerous times with no issues and delivery was always quick. Today I placed my online order like usual anticipating a 20 – 30 minute wait and planned to take my lunch break accordingly. When 40 minutes had gone by, I called the shop. I was told it had been really busy and the driver had«like three other deliveries to make and she should be there like any minute.» I was never asked which order I was referring to and I was also not asked if there was anything they could do make up for the fact that now my lunch break is almost over and I still have no food. It has now been an hour and she has not shown up. I will not be ordering from here again.

Called to make a delivery order… First question asked was if I had a big order because they are short staffed? What does that have to do with anything not my problem. Come to find out even though I am only two miles away from this place and enjoying a lazy Saturday in bed they cannot delivery to me because of my address. Seriously get it together!!!

I wish I could give negative stars. I love Jimmy Johns but this location made the worst subs I have ever had. I ordered 5 of them and all looked and tasted horrible. Barley any meat or peppers and a ton of mayo in all of them. Very disappointed in my lunch I’ll go somewhere that cares next time.

I get it… it’s a fast food sub shop. I shouldn’t expect much… But the staff at this particular location are like droids. They have no energy, are monotone when they greet you and ask for your order. They are the poster child for the prototypical assembly line. I’m sorry… but even if I am paying $ 7 for a sandwich at least give me a genuine hello… or show that you like what you are doing… because you should be thankful you’re working.

NOT freaky fast… That’s for sure. Called to cancel my delivery after waiting 40 minutes. Not the first time this has taking forever. Won’t be ordering again.

Me: I’ll take a turkey sandwich please. And can I get that with half the bread as usual? I will pay the same amount. I just don’t want all that bread. Sandwich genius: uhhhhhh what? Me: ‘ll take a turkey sandwich please. And can I get that with half the bread as usual? I will pay the same amount. I just don’t want all that bread. Sandwich Genius: uh I do t think we can do that! Me: really? Why not? Sandwich genius: uh I don’t know let me ask the manager.(I see them talking. Both look baffled) Manager: hi there. What is it you want??? Me: ‘ll take a turkey sandwich please. And can I get that with half the bread as usual? I will pay the same amount. I just don’t want all that bread. Manager: oh no. Sorry. We can’t do that. We have to give you all the bread. It’s a food cost thing. Me: well if I pay the same amount, isn’t the food cost the same, even if you don’t use the other half of bread? Manager: no. I’m sorry. Me: ok then I’ll just have it the way you make it. But can you cut it in half? Manager: sure. Then they make the sandwich. I unwrap it, take the meat off of one half and put it on the other half and give them back the bread. All I get are blank stares. Sometimes it seems there is no hope for mankind.

I have tried these guys 4 times. The sandwiches were on a hard roll which is different then most. Taste very good. Meat and cheese was a little scarce. So I tried the GARGANTUAN. This sandwich Rocked my socks off. Full of meat and cheese. However, It is what a regular sandwich should be like. It was a $ 9 dollar sandwich. I would pay $ 7 for it and be very happy. So, because they deliver 1 sandwich and the Gargantuan was outstanding the get 3 stars. With out the Gargantuan and delivery they would only get a 2 stars.

This place does deliver to my work which is the only reason I have eaten it but the delivery is definately not«lighten fast» like they claim. I work with about a mile away from this location but somehow it takes 30 minutes to get my order. The sandwiches are ok, not that great but not terrible. The bread is usually so hard that it cuts the inside of my mouth which sucks and is painful and this place is waaaaay to expensive for what you get. I wish there were more options in this area as far as delivery so I wouldn’t need to get food from this place. Meh is a good description.

Another winner for Jimmy John’s. I love that they use Hellman’s Mayonnaise and Grey Poupon mustard. I love their bread. It’s just crusty enough on the outside, still soft and chewey on the inside. The quality of their meats is superior, and their staff is trained to be friendly and upbeat. It’s always been«Freaky Fast» as they like to say, and once I add all my extras(Cucumbers, Sprouts, etc) I can actually make 2 meals out of one sandwich. Yup. I’m still a fan of Jimmy John’s.
