Whether you’re looking for a minor repair or a major makeover, integribuilds, LLC will handle the project with professionalism and expertise. We specialize in custom carpentry, remodels and handyman services.

Our goal is that we are on time for every client. We want each individual to experience friendly service, reasonable prices, high quality products, respect for their personal privacy and space and a thorough clean-​up when we leave.

When a client contacts us, we begin by trying to understand what their needs, wants and schedule requirements are. We explain the pricing options before moving forward. For larger jobs, we work on designs with the client and prepare material lists in advance. If anything changes, we notify the client immediately. When we arrive, we walk through the list with the client before starting. For hourly jobs, we try to give an estimate for how long each part of the job will take. If we run into any unforeseen issues, we communicate it before proceeding. When done, we make sure the client is completely satisfied with our work. We finish by clearly itemizing our work on an invoice. We use personal conversations, phone conversations, text, email and other mediums to communicate with our clients.

We offer high-​quality, detail-​oriented work, friendly service, reasonable prices and peace of mind knowing that we are licensed and insured. Our highest value is integrity, both in the work we do and the relationships we build.

History

Established in 2014.

Keith Purvis, owner and manager, worked as a technical analyst in engineering and control systems for four years after obtaining his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering. Keith loves to work with his hands, plus he loves working with people! He wants to contribute to society in a meaningful way, and this is how he chooses to do it.

Keith grew up around construction, doing work for other contractors in framing, siding, decks and finish work. He started his business by doing maintenance and remodel jobs for friends and family. As his reputation and skill set grew, he decided to combine his diverse experience in construction and engineering and form integribuilds, LLC.

Since starting his business, Keith has acquired a full set of top quality tools for achieving the best possible results in each job. He has also acquired a work truck for transporting tools and materials. The truck and tools are very well organized so that each job can be completed right, efficiently and with minimal cleanup.

Business Owner

My mission is to build relationships and products with integrity, to take good care of my clients and to enjoy my work! I grew up around construction, gaining experience in a number of projects. I am originally from Portland, OR, then lived in Moscow, ID and Santa Barbara, CA, for school then Denver, CO for the last three and a half years. I have a Ph.D. in engineering and an M.A. in Leadership. I am ACHP certified and licensed as a general contractor. I have a diverse, practical skill set, extensive training in theory and all the legal qualifications to handle any remodel or handyman job.

I love to move and work with my hands. I take pride in building something and finishing it well. I love to interact with people, hear their stories, and help them in practical ways. When I am not busy tackling new projects, I enjoy dancing and wrestling with my kids, music and climbing fourteeners!
