Evolve Real Estate and Property Management is a full service brokerage providing Denver Metro with rental property management services as well as residential sales. We represent Denver area sellers and buyers as well as rental property owners.

We started Evolve to fulfill a need for a different real estate and property management company in the Denver real estate market. We evolve with our clients; evolve with technology and the market needs. We follow the latest trends and set new standards: from being one of the first companies to report tenants’ payment history to the credit bureaus to heavy social media advertising, we are on top of the game in order to serve our clients better and make our processes more efficient. We are one of the few real estate and property management companies in Denver, who are environmentally friendly — most of our business is paperless.

Hi, my name is Marina Gorbounov. I made Colorado my home when I moved here from Russia in 1999. Colorado offered me many opportunities for which I am extremely grateful. I love my life in the sunshine state. I am a mom of two beautiful girls who love to explore Colorado as well. I love skiing, working out, staying healthy and spending time with my family and friends.

My real estate path began with property management with a national management company in 2001. I’ve worked in many facets of real estate since then from helping someone sell or rent their home to helping developers sell and close 50+ homes a month. I am a full service Realtor specializing in the South and West areas of the Greater Denver Metro area. Highlands Ranch, Castle Pines, Castle Rock, Lone Tree, Parker, Greenwood Village, Englewood, Cherry Hills, Roxborough, Centennial, Golden, Lakewood and Littleton are just a few of the areas of my expertise.

She has been our realtor for an investment condo purchase and also the property manager for two residential properties. She understands the real estate market and gives sharp assessments. She always presents good points to consider and is thorough in her work. She takes care of all requests in a timely manner. She is upfront and honest. Two qualities I highly admire. She found us two quality tenants with thorough background checks and previous landlord reference checks.
