Always good food and good service. Why no recycling bins? So much paper and plastic waste. Coloradans will separate, they do next door and SBucks and Chipotle.

Best Einstein’s in the state. Hard working and friendly staff, very fast, place is clean. I love eating here :-)

I go to to this location a lot, the bagels are great. Just be carful because they do sometimes burn the bagel when asked for toasted. The new toppings are awesome, I really like how Einsteins has added Nutella and interesting bagel toppings. Well done. There is free wifi here, so it’s a nice place to get work done. However, the employees, while nice, often seem rushed, and the sincerity can be interpreted as fake.

First time customer, strolling in on a Thursday morning. Poppy and sesame bagels are straight up gone. Those where just the two kinds I wanted, but lots more were out. Really? A dedicated bagel place half stocked with bagels. Whatever, opted for a «top shelf»(lol– according to the rude associate) bagel. Advertised price of $ 1.80. Okay, whatever– give me two of them with plain crème cheese. Fast forward to cashier, the bagels come to $ 3.30 a pop! So, $ 1.50 extra for a miniscule amount of crème cheese? — and I mean miniscule. I mean like college dorm living what is there to eat miniscule. Umm. Okay, let’s get more interesting– this extra charge of ridiculous proportion is nowhere on the menu. No disclosure whatsoever. So, just order your bagel and eat the cost of the crème cheese at the register when it’s too late. I also had to figure this out on my own, because when asking whoever checked me out how much the crème cheese costs extra could only manage to muster up «idk, that’s how it is– call the 1 – 800 number if you wish.» Everything was completely awful about this experience and I’ll be spreading the word of the scam artist culture that is Einstein Bros Bagels. MINDBLOWN

Bagels are consistent and good but you better check your order. There were two groups already seated and I was the only one being helped at the counter. I ordered 6 bagels with cream cheese and an additional bagel toasted. There were 4 employees working and when I got home there was no cream cheese in the bag. While I was there I heard the manager barking at one of the staff. Yes I could drive all the way back to get the cream cheese but this location was convenient only because it was on my way home. Not worth the trip back. Just make sure you check your order!

What a mess this place is. I live close and repeatedly gave it a chance. I am done with the place. I stop in around 6 or 630 in the morning. The place is dirty, the staff hates each other and I have never received a thank you. Never. The«manager» is a dour woman who rarely if ever smiles or is gracious. You stand and wait for help when there is no one around. Lordy, it is just horribly managed. Go to the one in Highlands Ranch. A couple of miles to the south right by the Walgreens at the corner of Univ and Highlands Ranch Parkway. Fast, friendly and courteous staff. Better yet, the place is clean.

I love Einstein Bros Bagels and have been to many of their locations. This one, however, had leaves all around the front door inside(and not just from this morning), dirty tables, a poorly stocked fridge(no OJ), slow service especially considering nobody was in line, and worst of all they were burning the bagels in a toaster that was in much need of cleaning.

This Einstein’s is across from Arapahoe High School. It can be very crowded at lunch time during the school year, so if you see kids walking around, brace yourself for the jostling and giggles. Good breakfast spot. If you have to eat there at lunch, they do a good job getting you through the line of teens, so be patient. Most of the students leave with their food, so seating isn’t too bad. Parking can be a challenge, as it’s right next to Starbucks and Chipotle’s. Considerate staff. It’s a «like!!»

Being from Colorado, there were Einstein’s everywhere. I now live in L.A. and the only one close is in USC, which I hear is a nightmare. My favorite is the cinnamon sugar bagel slightly toasted with honey-almond cream cheese and a coffee. Their coffee is great! I want one now. Their sandwiches are really good as well.
