Paul was wonderful, friendly and helpful! We had been struggling getting our old refrigerator fixed and ended up deciding to get a new to us fridge. I called Paul and asked for a fridge that met our specifications however he didn’t have anything but said he would send an email to the other stores and see if hey had anything. I got a call from one store and they sent pictures and answered questions. We decided to look at the fridge and also asked about a stove again Paul was helpful. We bought both the fridge and stove and explained we really need the fridge as soon as possible and Paul was able to get the delivery day we needed. Thank you Paul!!!

Was on a mission to fine a counter depth fridge that wouldn’t kill me budget. Paul posted one on Craigslist and I had it in my house and working with a year warranty and a GREAT price within 24 hours. (I opted to have my boyfriend pick it up so Paul let us borrow his dolly and bring it back… HUGE help!) So pleased and Pauls friendly service was great! I’ll definitely go back when I need and would suggest anyone to him! :)

I have to say that Paul is one of the best salesman I have ever encountered. He is attentive to my needs as the consumer and is sure to go the extra mile to make sure we are satisfied with our purchase. In a used market, this is a tall order to fulfill.
Here is how Paul has helped us out:
We ordered a used washer/​dryer and when it was delivered, it was not quite working properly. I contacted Paul on a Saturday and he took care of us by Monday morning. He replaced the defective units and had the delivery ready that week so our household would not be without appliances. He is a man of action and of his word. Hard to find in sales. Definitely will be coming back and referring our friends.
