Years that we use this Wallgreens, the customer support ,clerks service is excellent. Always contacted my doctor for automatic refills, send free home delivery.

I have mixed feelings about this place. Pharmacy staff have always been nice, but they’re pretty slow. I also requested the pharmcists fax a prescription request to my doctor (which my dr requests that way). I had to call back to check on it, and the pharmacist told me the dr denied the prescription refill. I called my dr to ask why, and she said Walgreens was wrong. The dr put a note for them to ask me a question, first. I was extremely annoyed Walgreens tried to short cut their responsibilities by not telling me this and instead just said the prescription was denied.
I do like there’s a FedEx drop off box outside the building. I create a lot of FedEx shipments at home for work, and this is really convenient for use 24⁄7.

I got to walgreens off 423 and Eldorado at about 945 pm (15 min till close) after leaving care now with an ear infection and 3 prescriptions. I pulled up to the window afraid I was too late and would not be helped. I told the pharmacist please don’t make me go to cvs. (It’s the worst cvs pharmacy in all of history) I was wrong about my fears of not being given helped. The pharmacist said she’d be back and within 10 minutes she filled all 3 for me. She turned my whole day around. Instead of going home and being in pain all night to top off my horrible day she said she would fill it! Thank you! !!! I love walgreens off of 423 and eldorado

I went to this Walgreens because CVS didn’t have the prescription and they were very rude. However, I went inside to see if they have this prescription and the nice lady at the pharmacy counter just asked me if i wanted generic and i said that’s fine and I asked her how long the wait was and she was like 20 minutes. I was like Ill wait and this was the fastest service I have ever had at a pharmacy. CVS was a minimum of 2 hours.

Very nice personnel. I like the system of texting when a prescription is due for a refill. When you text back, they will text you when it’s ready. Clean, new building in a very convenient location.

Every time I go in to this specific Walgreens there is a cashier that really engages me in discussion. I spend a decent amount of time talking to him. Sometimes it is hard to stop talking to him but I appreciate someone actually wanting to hold an in person conversation.
