Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Ridiculously slow — it takes hours to fill a simple script. Use the CVS @ Legacy and Main.

This Walgreens is horrible! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! The worst pharmacy ever! They keep billing my old insurance and argue with my husband and I every time we pick up our prescriptions as to which insurance we currently have. We’ve had the same insurance for OVER A YEAR!!! Every time they insist the system is correct and we are wrong. Which clearly is not the case. We literally sit and wait each time while they manually enter it in. I’m totally DONE with this Walgreens! They also do not accept debit through the drive-through. Who doesn’t accept debit these days? Our HSA has to be run as a debit which means you have to go inside every time. Ridiculous!

The pharmacy at this location does need serious help. Being a 30+ year veteran retailer, I would say this location is one of the worst when it comes to customer care. Example #1: my wife dropped off a pain scrip at 3:00PM and was told it would be 10 – 15 minutes. Not feeling well she left. I went by at 4:30 and was told 10 – 15 minutes all the while my wife was in pain. Example #2: I handed in a scrip on a Friday and it wasn’t until Monday did I find out there was an authorization needed from insurance. I received the text service but when following the prompts/options, I did not need to call in. I called anyway and had to FULLY facilitate the conversation between the pharmacy, doctor and insurance company. Good thing I called or like my wife’s scrip, it would have sat there another 10 – 15 mins. Needless to say, if this was one of my stores I would clean house and start with new staff. Good thing these scrips where of a non life sustaining need or the outcome would have been bleak.
