John Bleakley Ford

Purchased 2016 Escape. Everyone was fantastic: started online with Chris, he provided great information and initiated a very comfortable experience; Ron was my contact onsite, he was very honest and fun to work with; the rest of the staff was approachable and welcoming. The difference between a family owned and operated dealership and one that is part of a large faceless group was amazing, and a welcome change. They even let us test drive with out a sales person. Great experience, great car.

The service here is not so great. I took my vehicle in to be inspected and have the oil changed. The tech Christmas treed my inspection checklist. I was told there is nothing wrong with the car at all even though the breaks squeal like hell. I was actually hoping for once in my life to be sold work that needed to be done on my car. In all actuality, after taking it in to another dealership, the car needs new front rotors and two oil seals (it’s leaking oil which I can tell by looking at my driveway) I could have gotten this kind of an «inspection» at Jiffy Lube.

I purchased my Ford Fusion here 3 years ago and have only gone to John Bleakley for my routine maintenace/​service. This was my first new car experience and the staff here made the whole process go smoothly. I have never encountered an issue with taking my car back for service. All of the staff are always nice and helpful. I would highly recommend John Bleakley Ford and if I decide to go ahead and purchase an Explorer (like I’ve been thinking about doing) then 9 times out of 10 John Bleakley will be my first choice.

My sister-​in-​law, my wife, and I started our day at Hardy Ford. After about 30 minutes of no service, even after asking for a sales person, we left and headed to John Bleakley Ford. We were instantly greeted by Shane Singley. He was wonderful and very knowledgeable. We purchased a 2015 Ford Escape SE at a good price. I highly recommend heading here.

My husband and I were dreading buying a car so that he could commute to his new job but we knew we had to get one. We are new to town and decided to stop at John Bleakley Ford. It really was a pleasant car buying experience. We were there with our 1 and 3 year old and they were running and crawling around the show room and playing with everything in the showroom. We were trying to keep them contained but nobody seemed to mind that they were being loud. Stephanie Bleakley even came over and talked with the kids and said she didn’t mind they were playing.
We had a very tight budget for his car and they were able to work with us to get us into a car that is going to meet our monthly budget. Chad was our salesman and he was great. If you need a car you should stop by John Bleakley Ford.

I’ve been searching for a car for over a month now. Car shopping is tiring. Originally started out wanting a Volkswagon SUV but I couldn’t find something in my price range with the options I wanted. So, I decided to pick out a car and the first car that came to mind to fit my lifestyle all around was a Focus. The Hatchback SE … has the My Sync which is what I wanted pretty much … bluetooth. I went to this dealership after chatting with Tom Cooper online. He sent me details. I went to the dealership and his co-​worker Mike Bannister were really helpful. Great salesman who went out of the way to make sure I had the information I needed and the car I wanted. I took home an automatic after not being able to find a manual. Another dealer called and said they had a manual. I called back to the dealer and told them and they took the time to explain to me why they couldn’t find it. Then went and found the vehicle I really wanted without complaining. I’d buy from them again. I’d recommend them to family and friends. These guys have been the most helpful out of all the other dealerships I’ve visited over a months time. The other staff there are friendly too. Great place.

Poor poor poor… I had my 18 month old vehicle so I thought in good hands for a repair. I have been proven wrong. They exchanged a part for well over US$ 500.00 which didn’t need replacement. How do I know? When I was going to pick up my car (paid the amount in full) I could not drive away as the same issue was still present… A day later I receive a call that my car is now fixed, they just had to attach a loose cable to the «new» part. It is of course coincidence that the loose cable results in the same problem with my car as the «broken part». When I asked to keep the old part as I would like it to be checked out as faulty, it of course was already thrown out. Management had their money and do think that everything is in order. No more John Bleakley Ford and you can stick your customer card for future savings where no light shines… I will not be a returning customer!

I bought my first new car here, and got a really great deal. It was a very pleasant, and relatively quick experience. If I ever buy a new Ford again, I will start my search here.

Best Service Ever!
These guys are amazing. Honest, nice and they actually explain what’s going on with your car and ALL your options. These guys stood out from the first phone call and throughout the service.
I even had the opportunity to meet Mr. Bleakley himself. What a nice guy. No wonder the rest of his team are honest, hard working auto mechanics.
