NO! Go Back! This Dealership will flat out lie to you about parts and labor, raping you on the price for repairs. I took my 2011 Nissan Altima in to this dealership because I noticed recently it has been leaking badly inside the cabin. I could hear sloshing inside the 2 back doors & the carpet was wet front & back. I moved here from southern CA, I had never noticed Leaks before. They called with an estimate of $ 3,000! I said why so high? They said I had a NON Nissan part. What non Nissan part I asked. The windshield! The car had been in one accident only involving the rear bumper, minor accident. After contacting my Auto Ins. co. I verified NO claim was ever made involving the windshield. I contacted Boulder, CO Nissan where I bought the car brand new, they said, it had a factory installed Nissan windshield. I contacted Nissan Corporation in Tenn., after 10 days of investigation I was told today, 11÷6÷2015 that Nissan Lithia Springs, GA lied to THEM, lied to me, and I do have a Nissan windshield. I went to pick up my car today, to be ignored, while they leisurely got my car for me. My windshield says, «Carlex.» I walked around the used car lot. Every other Nissan I found had a windshield that says «Carlex!» If they lie to their Corporate office, and they lie to me, DO YOU THINK THEY WILL BE HONEST WITH YOU? After wasted time, angst, phone calls, Tums, and paying for a rental car I still have a leaky car. Do your homework and do it well before leaving your car at this dealership for repairs. This review is for both the service and sales departments. To be clear, the sales department leaves much to be desired. They have absolutely no sense of urgency and despite how prepared you are as a buyer, they will delay extensively for no apparent reason. Getting there first thing on a Saturday morning with excellent credit, financing secured, knowing exactly which car I want, not caring about color and declining a test drive, it still took 6 hrs to get paperwork done and they still made a ton of mistakes that caused me to have to return the next day.
Now to the positive, the service department has been an absolute delight to work with. LaMarques has been my service advisor but everyone I’ve encountered has been polite and efficient. I’ve never felt overcharged and they have always allowed me to make my own decisions as opposed to the usual «your car is gonna die if you don’t get this done today». Overall, I’m very grateful for them professionalism.

I drove past two Nissan dealerships to shop at AutoNation Thorton Road. Rick Schwartz is honest, knowledgeable, and a man of his word. And this dealership is FAR more willing to give you a good deal, compared to other dealerships. I highly recommend them!

I leased a 2015 Nissan Leaf from Thornton Road Nissan. I checked with several local dealerships to get the best price. Tom Williams gave me the best price by far over the other dealers I checked with. i agreed to the price before coming in and I asked Tom to complete as much paperwork as he could before I came to the dealership to keep my time there to a minimum. When I arrived he had already completed all the paperwork he could do with me only having to do a few things. Tom as a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommendnhim and Thornton Road Nissan.

Our experience with AutoNation Nissan was top notch. We were in the market to lease a Nissan Leaf — Victor Akan went above and beyond during the entire process and made sure we had the best deal possible. While at the dealership, we could tell he had a loyal clientele base because there were many customers waiting to see him. Thanks Victor and AutoNation Nissan!

Larry Trammell and whoever configured the CRM software for AutoNation Nissan Thornton Road are morons.
I’ve never purchased a vehicle from this dealership. But I started receiving requests to provide feedback on a recent purchase a few weeks ago, because either Larry or the customer put in my email address by mistake. Normally no big deal, but it’s an automated system with no way to unsubscribe. I called Larry and explained the problem and he promised to have my email address removed. I’m still getting these emails.
Please don’t do business with people that don’t understand the basic tools of business.

Ever since my last review… this place has been stellar in terms of providing prompt thorough service. The manager clearly listened and has really done a phenomenal job. The appointment times are accurate now and basic service issues are handled very promptly.
I have come to love Jerry who is a service advisor here. He is a great asset!

Unlike some of the others, I had a pleasant experience. Great selection of Nissan Leafs at the time I was shopping. All negotiation was handled by phone in advance of the deal, and nothing changed when I signed the paperwork. I would give them a five out of five if they would just submit all of the tax credit paperwork on the customer’s behalf. I knew what I was getting into and was aware that this was not a part of their service, but considering other dealerships are offering to do this for you — I think AutoNation could at least keep up. Great experience otherwise, and I’m very happy with the price and the product. Please ask for Jackie Jackson if you go. He’s a gentleman and a hardworking guy.

Everyone hates car dealerships. I’m one of them. But this place surprised me.
I was looking for a Nissan Leaf to lease. I shopped around via email to various dealerships for a quote, and AutoNation Nissan gave me the best quote.
I made sure they gave no surprises when I went there. Before setting foot into the dealership, I made sure to ask a lot of questions and had everything in writing.
The sales consultant who helped me was Victor. He doesn’t seem to be from the US, so in the emails, it felt awkward. It must be a cultural thing. But when I met him in person, he was friendly and knowledgeable. He’s a cool dude.
Every minute, I was expecting to be thrown a curve ball, the old bait and switch, or other sleaze-​ball salesman tactics. Nope, nothing like that happened. Even when I went to the back to the scary finance manager’s office to discuss financing and paperworks, everything went smoothly.
They weren’t pushy or tried to sell any extras. It was the most hassle free experience I had at a dealership.
Granted, this was for a lease, not a purchase. So my experience might be different if I were to purchase a car from them. But if you do your homework before you come in, it might be a hassle free experience.

We contacted AutoNation Thornton Rd while we were shopping around for a lease on a 2014 Nissan Leaf. Working with this company was an exercise in frustration and ultimately a waste of our time. We spoke to an employee several times over the course of several days. They were slow to return phone calls and to get us the information we needed. They would act like they were ready to do business, then we wouldn’t hear from them for hours. We were very serious about making a deal that day, but Autonation didn’t seem serious about wanting our business. Ultimately we got our lease but through another Nissan dealership – another unpleasant experience but that warrants its own review. I find it weird that Autonation was so uninterested in selling cars, but I guess that’s their problem, not mine. We would not have gone the dealer route if it was not necessary to obtain the tax incentives for getting an electric vehicle. Our other recent new car was purchased using a broker and that was a far, FAR more pleasant experience.
By the way, if you do choose to lease a Leaf I strongly encourage you to do your homework and come prepared to negotiate. There are a lot of good resources on the web and reading up on the process made us much more informed and confident customers (perhaps why Autonation was not enthusiastic about working with us, but again, do you want to sell cars or not).

BAIT & SWITCH TECHNIQUES: I had seen an infiniti they had listed on autotrader, and wanted to see about an even trade of my car for it. I talked with the the internet sales manager (more like crook) Jacqueline Wiley, and she told me several times via email that after looking at the VIN # on my car and the options that an even trade would be no problem provided my car was in good shape (which it is). I went there today and they looked at my car, it checked out fine, so I wait for them to «run the numbers». Now before I go further, I must say that up to this point Jacqueline has not even said a word to me. I was assigned with a different salesman. At this point, the salesman, the numbers guy, and Jacqueline all come out. Jacqueline looks like she couldn’t care less, as she is texting on her cell phone. Meanwhile the «numbers guy» proceeds to tell me that I would have to put an additional $ 5000 into the deal to get the infiniti, even after I confirmed multiple times with Jacqueline that an even trade would be no problem. She is a straight up LIAR and all they try and do is get you in there no matter what the cost. AVOID JACQUELINE WILEY AND THIS DEALER!
