Our Mitsubishi big screen HDTV died on us. We were debating on repair vs replace, and found Rob’s as an authorized Mitsubishi center. We contacted them via their web site and they replied soon after. Based on our description, he said he believed he knew the problem and quoted an estimate to fix it. We decided to get the repair done, and are glad we did. The tech was running a few minutes late, but called us to let us know. He was professional and courteous and charged only what they had quoted on email. Not only did he fix it, but he gave the whole thing a good cleaning and the picture is brighter and clearer than ever. Definitely recommend.
