History
Established in 2010.
TES Architects enjoys working with our clients and exploring their ideas while striving to give them the experience that they will treasure for the rest of their life while enjoying their new home that they help create.
A major part of TES Architecture culture is the intrinsic value of sustainable design. We firmly believe the way to create complete and responsible designs is to believe in the natural principals and qualities of sustainable design. Sustainable design seeks to reduce negative impacts on the environment, and the health and comfort of building occupants, thereby improving building performance. The basic objectives of sustainability are to reduce consumption of our non-renewable natural resources, while minimizing waste both pre and post consumption, and to help create healthy, productive environments.
Principal, Thomas Schlensker, is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accredited design professional through the USGBC.
