This is the best nail salon that I have ever been to. The people are friendly, ITS CLEAN, they always have time for walk-​ins, and their work is by far the best ever!!!

I was a client of your newly owned establishment for many years, and I never once had an issue when the previous owner occupied the facility. Also, the price of the «fill» was not the issue. As i have said before, I had been going to this establishment for years, so I knew how much the fill cost. The problem was that when I told you that the nails were uneven, you told me «yes, i know, i’ll fix them» and you did not. The fact that you are calling me cheap is laughable, to say the least. Ask any of your employees and they will tell you that I tip the adequate, if not more than adequate, amount. If I could give this business less than one star I would. I’d much rather travel the distance to the previous owners new store, than waste not only my time, but also money on an establishment who’s owners quality of work is so poor. The rest of your employees are wonderful, very friendly, and they do amazing work. However, if the owners of a salon has questionable work, and the audacity to call a loyal customer cheap, I want no part of that, and I will take my time, and other customers that I have referred to another salon.

Not impressed. The workers laughed at the clients after they left. Very uncomfortable experience. V dry disrectful. After my pedicure, my technician couldn’t wait to gossip about me with his coworker. I left before my nails were dry and I saw the coworker bent over laughing as I walked out the door. Never ever had that kind of experience!

I get my nails done by Anna. She is very gentile and takes her time (not too slow). She does the best French manicure! I drive 25 minutes to get my nails done and I don’t mind because she is the best!

This is my first time at this nail salon, and I was very impressed! The outside looks deceiving because it is in a dingy strip, but the inside is still very nice and tranquil!
I got a honey princess pedicure and highly recommend this!!! I always hate when nail salons skimp on good feet and leg massages, but they did not disappoint! It felt amazing and there were different treatments that really pampered my feet. If you want a relaxing pedicure and like getting pampered, Empress is definitely the place to receive!
I think I found my new regular pedicure spot!

Love this place! Shop is clean and the service is efficient. I usually book my appointments with Billy but when he is not available other employees have stepped up and done a great job! Try it you won’t be disappointed!

My fav place to get pedicures and my mom loves their no-​chip manicures! They are fast, efficient, and competitively priced!

This is my regular spot, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Staff is really nice and they all do a good job ! Plus they’ve got tons of colors so it’s perfect for me I recommend everyone here

I hate this place. I purchased a groupon for the no chip after reading the reviews. Both times my no chip chipped and peeled off with in a week. I also got a pedicure the first time. I went for the $ 27 dollar one. It was no different than the one i pay $ 19 for at orchid nails. I have never gone back nor will i reccomend. They even have a tacky sign bribing customers ti write a good Unilocal review and they will give u a free gift!

Got a good deal from groupon for a no chip manicure. Billy did a great job! Coming back for sure! :)

I love this place! Iv been coming here for two years now and won’t go anywhere else. I usually get a pedi which are great! They have a few pedi selections to choose from and are reasonably priced! I recommend this place to anyone who lives or are traveling through the Naperville area!

I have been going here for 3 years and have never had a bad experience. I’ve always been greeted, and they have gotten to know me by name, and what I like. They make jokes with me, and make good chat. But work-​wise, I have never had an issue with my no chip or pedicures. They take time to do their job and ensure I like the shape of the nail or shade of the polish along the way. I would never go anywhere else.
Thanks to all of the hard working men and women who put up with crabby customers. I could never be cross with them– they have simply never let me down.

Figured I would try a new nail place and this salon had a groupon for a $ 19 no chip. The nail polish is already peeling off after 6 days, I had an appointment and still had to wait 15 minutes, and the manicure took about 20 minutes. No wonder it is already coming off. I won’t be back.

I just went here today from a great deal on Groupon (only $ 19 for a no-​chip!). I will most definitely go back! My nail tech did a great job and was super fast. Most places take 45 minutes to an hour and do an ok job. Today, my nail tech (I wish I would’ve asked his name…) was done in 30 minutes and did a perfect job! I would recommend this place, for sure!
The only thing that would make this place even better would be a little TLC inside. But that’s just minor details.

I love this place. Their work is clean and efficient and they always do a great job on my no-​chip. I have also had pedicures and their pedicures are the best and reasonably priced. You get different levels. Get the paraffin treatment. It will leave your feet super soft and gorgeous. They have a membership card you can sign. up for and it earns points and you get free services after a certain point amount is reached. They have had large wedding clients and they do. pedicure manicure combo for groups.

I initially was introduced through a groupon deal but the place is so elegant and relaxing inside. The staff are very friendly and professional. I have gone to many places to do my no chip manicures and a lot of the places do not have many options for color. This place has many many options which initially I was overwhelmed but it’s awesome. I know exactly where I will be coming going forward. I’ve had a great experience each time, only thing I recommend is to make an appointment apparently that is an option here and strongly preferred.

I have tried every nail place in my area and this is the only place I like or trust. I’ve stuck with this place for over 3 years now and it’s the only place I will go to. Everyone there is very nice, and they do great work! Prices are pretty standard compared to other places in the area but they do have great prices on pedicures compared to other places. My mom was using another salon and I brought her to Empress once and it is her go-​to place now as well. They have groupons often for no-​chip manicures for $ 19! Can’t beat that!

1^st impression was great. The gal was friendly on the phone to schedule my appt.
The appointment took TWO HOURS. The guy painfully removed my cuticles. I showed him the polish was leaving ripples and not drying smooth. He redid 3 of them then said I was done. I requested the last 2 be fixed. That is when he admitted the polish was bad. At this point, I had been sitting there, 7 months pregnant, for 1.5 hours.
They had to remove the polish and start all over. I now missed my other appointment. Billy redid the mani, much faster than the 1^st guy.
I am disappointed that I was asked to pay even a discounted price. I spent 2 hours of my day there, to miss another appointment and have bleeding cuticles (photo to be uploaded).
