A Plus Benefits is a highly regarded pioneer in the development of the Professional Employment Organization (PEO) model, a model based on the outsourcing of administrative tasks such as payroll, benefits, workers’ compensation claims, and other human resources services. By assuming these tasks for its clients, A Plus helps companies in the Intermountain West focus on their core strengths and grow their businesses. This is done with a staff of approximately 65 professionals serving 600 to 700 companies with a combined co-employment base of around 16,000.
A Plus also partners with companies in a wide variety of business niches and with employee levels numbering from ten or less to a thousand or more. A Plus’ comprehensive service offering includes payroll, benefit programs, human resources, workers’ compensation policy, and safety and risk management training. Thanks to its buying power, A Plus is able to double or triple the benefit offerings to its clients.
