Pretty good customer service but a bit pricey. It pays to shop around. They have lots of home healthcare items and accept about all the insurance plans out there. The pharmacists know their buisness but are a bit abrupt with you if you have questions. Otherwise this is a solid pharmacy. Price wise they are at or below Walgreens, Hyvee, and CVS and sometimes significantly cheaper. An antibiotic for example was $ 12 at Wagey and $ 87 at Walgreens!!! This holds true on most things but I also have found some things higher in price. Again, shop around for the best price.

I had been going there for over twenty years, but I will now be going elsewhere. In the last couple of months they charged me full price for one drug that was fully covered by insurance and then refused to fix it. Now they delivered a drug that was never ordered. I had just called the doctor about something minor and thought he might have called in something and forgot to tell me. It turns out that they made another mistake and sent me something for something I don’t have and was meant for someone else. It took four days for them to fix this. And this is all happening in the last couple of months. Never again. They’re going to kill somebody.
