Sterling Pointe Veterinary Clinic

Took my kitty there today and all of the staff went above and beyond my expectations. They were all friendly and truly seemed to love what they do. They were so kind to not only my kitty but me as well. I will continue to use them as my primary vet after today’s positive experience.

I love Sterling Pointe. The staff is caring and friendly. Dr. Ann and Dr. V are knowledgable and they genuinely care about my bulldog, Winston. He enjoys his trips to the vet too! Great place!

We had the most pleasant experience with our first ever puppy. Our vet tech Stacey was very knowledgeable and so helpful. She was great with our little Jessica and treated just perfectly!
The Doc was awesome and sat on the floor with the pup instead of making it a terrible clinical experience and putting her «on the table»!

The day before Christmas Eve, our in-​laws had insecticide sprayed at their home, and the technician neglected to advise us not to let any pets out where they had been spraying. We were visiting with our beagle, Skipper, and Skipper somehow got exposed to the pyrethrin/​permethrin.
He started coughing and shaking within a few hours, and we immediately rushed him to the top-​rated clinic in the area, Sterling Pointe Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Ann and her team sprang into action, even though they were booked. They immediately knew what to do, washed him to get the poison off his coat and administered medication. I don’t doubt that Dr. Ann saved Skipper’s life. She later explained what happened and gave us several good options for how to continue care after he was discharged.
Hopefully, you can understand what a horrible Christmas this would have been if my wife’s Christmas present from 2008 had died right before Christmas this year. Luckily, that didn’t happen, and Christmas was saved! The next day, Skipper was 95% back to normal (with a little shakiness remaining), but I expect him to make a full recovery.

This place just works for me. The staff is great, they’ve all been so helpful with anything I need for my cat scooter McGee and my dog Jessie. Dr. V and Dr. Ann are both wonderful. I’m happy to have found a place where the whole team is so caring and helpful.

I had an appointment for my dog at 5o’clock. I arrived early to find a sign on the door that they were closed because electricity was out. All of the other businesses had power. I understand that things happen, BUT nobody called me to cancel my appointment AND nobody called to reschedule an appointment.
Unacceptable and unprofessional.

We are new in town so went to another veterinarian initially because our Havanese was limping. That vet was very nice, examined Maggie and said the cortisone he was giving Maggie for a rash would help with the leg. When the leg continued to get worse we went to Dr. Ann. After her more through examination, she recommended an X-​ray which later showed a serious knee problem. Dr. Ann recognized the problem from her examination and recommended proper treatment. Really very reassuring.

I actually used to work with Dr Ann years ago and so I have first had experience and knowledge of how caring she is about the animals and clients she works with. I still take my own pets and my families pets to her even though I live hours away now. Dr Ann has a huge heart and is obviously passionate about her career. For the best of care try out Sterling Pointe!
