Hello! We’re Charles (Chuck) & Jamie Cunningham, owners of C & J Moving, Inc. Welcome and Thank you for visiting our website! We started C & J Moving in 1998 with much experience behind us. I (Chuck) grew up in San Francisco, CA and learned the ropes working in my family’s moving & storage business, Cunningham Moving & Storage Corporation. After a break from the family business in the mid 90’s, I moved to the Sacramento area after marrying my lovely wife Jamie, who is from Sacramento. I worked for a local supermarket chain in warehouse, truck deliveries and operations. We decided to venture out on our own as a mover when we saw the Sacramento region start to grow. We have three children (boys), some of whom are involved in our business.

Chuck has been in the moving industry since he was very young. His Family owns and operates Cunningham Moving and Storage Corporation in San Francisco, CA since 1971, so moving is ‘in his blood’ as they say. He has had a fascination with trucks since he was a young boy, and has been driving big rigs and other trucks since 1990.
