For years I’ve been told by lenders that I couldn’t qualify for a lower interest rate refinance, because I had changed careers and needed to demonstrate a reassuring income track record. Eric didn’t let this stop him, though. Taking on an unconventional situation, he was a fierce advocate on my behalf. Coaching, reassuring and advising along the way, he ultimately secured a new loan for me, saving me more than $ 900 per month! He’s honest, available and knows the complicated rules of finance cold. Purchasing a home can be a scary process especially as a first time homebuyer and not really knowing how the process works! In my scenario– Eric made the entire closing process a magnificent experience and one that I can’t thank him enough for. His great customer service (if you text or call him he will ALWAYS respond or text back), his expertise and dedication to his clients is something you don’t find in a lot of people. I’ve been through a couple agents and lenders and I’m so happy that I chose Eric. He explained the entire mortgage process and if I was confused he would provided examples to make sure I understand.
