Janet Duldulao came to the home I had rented and did the hair for 4 of my family members as well as my hair and makeup for my wedding. She was perfectly on time, so sweet, and helped everyone feel relaxed and pampered as we prepared for the wedding! My hair and makeup were something I had really worried about for the wedding, and Janet just listened to my thoughts and did a better job than I could have imagined. I got so many compliments, and more importantly I felt beautiful and confident thanks to Janet. She was such a pleasure to have be part of my wedding day!

Janet did my hair and makeup for our wedding, and she did an amazing job! It was beyond what I could have asked for; my hair and makeup looked stunning in the photos. My sister, mother and best friend all also had their hair/​makeup done by Janet and everyone loved the styles she chose for them. It made our very special day even more beautiful.

Katy Clements has been cutting and coloring my hair for years now and I love her! She uses Aveda products on my hair and has always done such a wonderful job. I recommend her to all my friends!

Janet is a great hair stylist! I was in Princeville a little over a month ago for a family wedding. I had about 7 women in our group that wanted to get our hair styled for the wedding. It was so hard to find a stylist in Kauai — they are very limited. I’m very lucky I came across Janet. She was easy to book and she came to our house in Princeville. She was able to finish all the women on time and everyone loved their hair. If you’re looking for undoes or any type of hairstyle, Janet is the way to go! Thank you Janet!

Molly did a great job on my Mom’s hair. She told her what she wanted & Molly did it perfectly. In addition to providing a great haircut, she was very pleasant to visit with. My Mom Arlyne recommends her with 5 stars!

My son was getting married in Kauai and I wanted to look good being the mother of the groom. I didn’t know who to ask about a good hairdresser and make-​up artist so I looked up the Unilocal reviews. Janet Duldulao was the first name that caught my eye and basing on the experience and good reviews she had, I made an appointment with her. I called the salon to make my appointment but they gave me Janet’s number instead which I thought was good so I will know her availability. She returned my phone call right away. I thought she was very nice over the phone. She gave me the choice of her doing the service either at our place or the salon. I chose the salon because I thought it would be more comfortable with the proper chair and mirror. I did’t have trouble finding the salon. It was very easy to find and close from where we stayed in Lihue. I think it took me about 10 mins. to get there without traffic. The only problem I had was parking. The salon is located in a small strip mall and had a diner in the same location. So, I had to wait for someone to pull out from the parking lot. The salon was just alright but Janet was great! I gave her an idea of how I wanted my hair and she was able to do it. She did a great job with my make-​up, too. She was so sweet and was willing to work with me. I paid about $ 153 for an updo and make-​up which I guess is a going price in Hawaii for these services. My friends and family told me I looked amazing when they saw me. I highly recommend Janet. I’ll definitely be back again.

I got married on Kauai last month and just looked on Unilocal to find Janet Duldulao. I feel so lucky to have had her be able to take the time to do hair and make up for the day. She was awesome. Made me feel really comfortable and chill, especially being that it was a super nervous day for me. She made me feel beautiful and did a great job, i got a lot of compliments! Thank you, Janet!

I’ve never been one to get my hair done, but turning 30 became a milestone and I decided I needed to jump in with both feet and trust Julie Desmarais whole heartedly! So glad that I did! She knew exactly what to do for my face… and I’ve gotten compliments continually all because of the magic she pulled off! I loved it so much I went back 6 weeks later, only for a haircut — but walked out with a touch-​up of color… even better then the first time and an amazing cut! Love her!

I eloped on Kauai and Janet Duldulao came to my B&B to do my hair and make up. She is amazing! She’s extremely accommodating and gave me exactly what I was looking for.
I really didn’t give her much direction — only a general idea of what I wanted — and she worked with my skin tone and hair type and made me feel beautiful :)
My hair held up all day and night and I even wore it the next day for my morning helicopter ride over the Napali Coast. So very happy I booked her.

Obviously everyone on Kauai knows that the only reason why I go here is because my cousin, Ms. Janet Duldulao, is a hairdresser there. (If you ever need your hair or make-​up done go to her btw.) She’s pretty much like the only person that I’ll trust with my hair because I can get pretty picky.
But about the salon, I like the colors of the wall, which is a reddish color, because it gives off that toned-​down glamour vibe. Each work station is always neat and the products look sanitary. It’s very spacious. I like that I can stretch my legs if I’m ever under the dryer.
There’s also a nail station in the back room, across from the hair sinks, but every time I’ve gone there I never see anyone there but that service is available.

Megan is the best stylist! I found her because I kept asking people where they got their hair cut & everyone who had a unique edgy style said: Megan at Studio 203.

The best salon on Kauai go see aunty Leeann or Julie… In Lihue next to tip top. All i can say is that they are pros top of the line salon very clean and free parking
