Starting 15 years ago I found my passion for skin care. My goal is helping my clients achieve their full potential for skin care and waxing needs. Since then I have worked in many top Salons and Spa increasing my clientele and gaining experience. 3 years ago, I started my own business A New Leaf.

A New Leaf offers a full line of treatments including a variety of facials customized to meet your skin care needs and give you the benefits you are looking for. Treatments also include eye brow sculpting, body waxing, and brazilian, where I use the most comfortable wax for all skin types.

History

Established in 2008.

Over a decade ago Studio 203 was founded. Studio 203 is a well established salon and recondized by the community and vistor’s from all over. Studio 203 has won many awards as a top Salon and the best of the best of Kauai. When the opportunity arose, I knew this was the perfect opportunity for me to start A New Leaf skin care @ Studio 2.0.3. All employees of Studio 2.0.3 are independent contractors and is owned and operated by Leeann Apao. A New Leaf has been there for 8 years and am very happy to say, «I love my job».

Mandy was perfect. Friendly, professional, and lovely all around. She talked with me throughout my Brazilian and made it as quick and pain free as possible. I haven’t had a great wax in quite awhile, and Mandy fills in the shoes of my past esthetician well.

I treated two sisters, Violet and Rose to have their eyebrows waxed. My Mom and my Aunt. It was the first for my aunt.

I got a brazilian wax from Mandy. I haven’t had a brazilian wax in a which since I haven’t found a great one here on Kaua’i, & I’m glad I found her because she was the best. She made me feel comfortable & definitely professional. She talked to me to help me get over the pain since it’s been awhile. The room is very pleasant as well. Love it.

Mandy was great! I don’t normally write reviews, but since I did find her on Unilocal,I figure we should keep spreading the good word!
I went for a Brazilian and and eye brow wax. And couldn’t be happier! She was personable and very professional! I had never waxed my eye brows before and she did a great job making them look natural on my face by following my natural shape. I was relieved she just went for it because I wouldn’t know what to do if she asked me.
All in all, a very pleasant experience! And I will be going back! And will recommend her to anyone!

Mandy is AWESOME! I was on Kauai and needed a last minute brazilian before heading up to Hanalei Bay for the summer. She was extremely accommodating and very professional. Every time I walk out of A New Leaf @ Studio 203 I feel like a new person – more relaxed, energized, and beautiful! Mandy is very easy to talk to and from the moment you meet her you feel like she’s a friend youve known forever. Mandy’s facials are the best out there because she uses high quality Dermalogica products (which is not just a frou-frou product line, but one that actually works to improve skin health and vitality.) I also get waxing treatments at A New Leaf on a regular basis and am consistently pleased with the results. I love A New Leaf!

I love this place! She is my esthetician and have been getting waxed and facials from her for years. I personally think she is the best eyebrow sculpter in the world. I have been to many and she is the best! Mandy is very soft and gentle and really makes your time in her room enjoyable even under different circumstances. I highly recommend A New Leaf and will tell you, you will not be disappointed in anyway!
