Management is very poor at returning calls. Maintenance will cut corners when you can get them to fix things. Overall, nothing will be accomplished in a timely manner. If you make the poor decision to live in their properties, see the apartment beforehand and take photos of the condition before you move in. If you want your entire deposit back, you will need those for evidence in court. In conclusion, avoid at all costs.
