SCAM! Do not go here. They told me I had $ 600.00 worth of brake damage and needed to replace my rotors and my brake pads and I took my car to 2 other shops to have them look at it and both of the other shops said nothing was wrong with my brake pads and my rotors. Do not go here! I’d give them a –5 starring if I could.

Nice staff, the place is too hectic. I had to get four new tires and after they were put on I had to return to the store everyday for a week to attempt to get the low pressure light off. They couldn’t do it there and requested I go to their other store. I haven’t been able to go yet to see if they can fix it there. Not what I expected after such a large expense. But they are nice people for what it’s worth.

I have now had 2 appointments for routine oil changes that have EACH taken over 2.5 hours. Constantly and consistently understaffed, I watched at least four people walk in and stand for 15 to 30 minutes before they were acknowledged. A year ago, we had to spend more money to take our car to the dealership for them to figure out why the check engine light came on AFTER our appointment at Tire Discounters. Turns out, TD left out a part to the engine.

Service took much longer than what we were told (which is extra challenging since we had our toddler with us), and they performed and charged us for a service that we had explicitly declined upon arrival. After discussion and a phone call, they still made no effort to resolve the issue, and I will NEVER return. I’m very disappointed in their lack of honesty and customer service.

I was very pleased with how Austin the service advisor handle the entire process for me to get my tires rotated and balanced. If there was only one room for improvement, I would appreciate it being contacted as soon as they were done with my vehicle. I had to follow up with them to find out that it had already been completed, but Austin made the situation correct
