Description

Specialties

The Macho Nacho is opening December 14th. Tex-Mex artfully prepared food, delivery to the campus area. 26 TV’s, 24 beers on tap, 50 tequilas, 20 bourbons, giant margaritas, signature cocktails.

History

Established in 2015.

Most people have had the thought I wish a Mexican Restaurant would deliver, and so did I, and that is where the idea came from. The other major parts of the restaurant are from mine and others dining experiences at Mexican Restaurants and how the dining experience could be improved upon, by having a sizable beer selection, tequila, and liquor selection. By having a place to make it easy to watch sports in. Despite the food being delicious, that it should be artfully prepared for you and not just slopped on your plate. Seeing as it’s delicious, or get a gathering or business meeting catered. And do so in a comfortable environment that Americans could connect to and feel at home in.

Meet the Business Owner

Aaron R.

Business Owner

I’m from the suburbs of Chicago. Moved to Lexington, Ky in 2001 to get my Undergrad in Accounting at The University of Kentucky. Went on to complete my Masters of Business Administration at The University of Kentucky. I’ve always been entrepreneurial and the best way to create jobs and have a job I’m really passionate about was to start a Restaurant in my case. I love food, love it, Tex-Mex is my favorite. But growing up in Chicago do love a good deep dish pizza as well. I believe in a healthy work life balance so outside of work you’ll find me playing a lot of sports, watching sports, being social with friends (I’m massively extroverted after all), volunteering with Lexington Young Professional Association or walking my massive 10 pound Yorkie. I have three reasons to be in business, make a profit, give back for the many blessings I have, and give my employees a place where they have great job satisfaction and are rewarded in kind for their valuable contributions to my business
