History

Established in 1971.

Our practice was founded in 1971 by Dr. Pallotta’s father, now retired. Many of his former patients continue to come to our practice to receive dental care from Dr. Pallotta. Our long-​term commitment to patients has made our Lexington dental practice stand out, and we can extend this same level of service to you!

John PallottaOne of the wonderful things about this practice is that it is truly a family practice and has been for 40 years. Dr. John R. Pallotta has been a private practitioner since 2002. He is now treating patients who are the adult children of patients who formerly received their dental care from his father. This is a tribute to both father, now retired, and son, Dr. John R. Pallotta, it is unusual to find a family practice in 2010. You will feel the comfort and the security of our practice when you walk through our door. We offer you two generations of continuity as health care providers. We believe this ongoing commitment to dental health has a great deal to do with the fact that our patients become like family to us. We get to know them over the years, as do they get to know us. The best of both worlds we think!

If there was another star, I would have checked it. By far the best dental office and staff I have ever stepped foot into, very compassionate as well. I have been there when I was in pain and when I needed Veneers, Best prices, best quality as well. Very nice people all around.

John, as I would like to call Dr. Pallotta, is the most dedicated dentist I’ve had in all of my dental history. He truly cares for his patients and this is evidenced by his honesty, diligence and humility towards his practice. His staff is just as sweet and well-​mannered as John. Dental Lexington works as a team with one goal in mind: patients that come here receive the best dental care humanly possible with a touch of warmth. I have suffered all my life with the fear of going to a dentist office specifically sitting in the dentist’s chair — heightened apprehension is the least of my worries — Dr. Pallotta has successfully, and with cautious ease, navigated me thru my long overdue dental needs. Neglected dental work only gets worse, painful and more expensive over time — if you suffer like me, do yourself a favor and visit John’s dental practice, it might just save you from a future of pain and costly dental work.

It is not often that I rave about a dentist but this is the one to rave about. I was in trouble a few years back when my dentist retired and I was looking for a progressive and skilled dentist. I also had problems with my teeth being a child of the 60’s. Thankfully I found Dr. J and I have never regretted it. He has worked with me in improving my dental health immensely! Not only is he tremendous at his craft but he is caring and very, very diligent in making me feel at ease. My family agrees wholeheartedly. It gets better in that the staff is top notch and a pleasure to be with. Do yourself a favor and give them a call for great dentistry!!!

I have been going to Dr. Pallotta for 3+ years now and he is the best dentist I’ve been to. He is very attentive, is detail orientated and does great work. When you have an appointment, unlike most other offices, you never have to wait as he sees you immediately!

John is the only dentist that I have had since I left my pediatric dentist a few years ago. I was so nervous to switch because I had only seen one dentist in my just over 30 years, and that’s the longest relationship I’ve ever had! I have known John for years, and my husband was already a patient since he was too old to be a new patient at my former dentist. I love the staff in the office, they are the friendliest bunch you will ever meet! They work hard to make sure you get in for your appointments, and to reschedule if you miss one. The last time I was there, the hygienist removed some leftover cement from the back of my teeth from the braces that I had in middle school! They really do a great and thorough job, and make going to the dentist a pleasant experience! Dr. Pallotta is the best!

I’ve been to three different dental offices in the area and the best experience I’ve had is with Dr. Pallotta. He and his staff are personable, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable. Lovely office, space and staff! Dr. Pallotta is an exceptional dentist, very knowledgeable, courteous and he takes time to listen and answer any questions or concerns. I always feel confident in his decisions on procedures and the work he has done on me has gone smooth with great results. Dr. Pallotta is very knowledgeable and more than willing and ready to answer questions and explain anything you might have questions about. He is never dismissive, is a good listener, is extremely competent, and explains things very well. He is very professional and has a warm, friendly personality that puts one at ease, even for someone like me who usually hates going to the dentist. The office environment is very relaxing and reduces my anxiety. At my last visit, there was free bottled water, homemade cookies, an electric massage chair, and informational brochures about the procedures/​services Dr. Pallotta provides. I also really like how each patient room has a different theme such as jungle or ocean. I feel like this is a great place for both child and adult patients. I am very satisfied with the care he provides and would definitely recommend him as a top choice.
