History

Established in 2006.

Regarding Buyers: I have been helping buyers (First Time Buyers, International Buyers, Relocation Buyers, Investors, Downsizers, etc) understand and navigate the buying process since 2006. I have been teaching First Time Home Buyer Seminars monthly for 10 years, with senior lender from Wells Fargo Michael Tanionos. I am an Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Negotiation Expert, and Seniors Real Estate Specialist.

Regarding Sellers: I have been a top listing agent in Middlesex County for 10 years, and have received numerous awards and designations, being one of the top RE/​MAX Leading Edge listing agents, achieving Platinum Club and Chairmans Club awards.

I grew my business into a team in October 2014 when I brought on a team member, Coleen McAdam, who previously owned a staging company for two years. We have listed and sold 16 homes in record time, for over asking price in 2015, with many happy clients.

We also have an assistant who supports daily activities of the business.

Hello! I am Bija Satterlee, REALTOR®, CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). I have lived in Lexington for almost 30 years, and my daughter went through the excellent school system here. I have extensive experience as a REALTOR in the Lexington and Arlington MA real estate market, having helped hundreds of buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.
