Red’s Moving Inc.

AWFUL!!! I can’t believe what consisted of hiring this company. I contacted them a week in advance for my unique situation of swapping temporary housing units. James /​rob seemed so wonderful on the phone and via email — them the day of swap/​quick move came (we had items in a temporary housing unit — no furniture — just boxes).
I really thought I did my homework in picking a reliable moving company. Never have I been so wrong.
These older guys named bill and Rob showed up and hour and fifteen minutes LATE… WASTED!!! You could smell the booze reeking from them. On top of it they’re driving the large Cdl moving truck— WASTED!!! Now we know why they’re 1 hour and 15
Minutes late. They were getting drunk. Unbelievable. From the minute they showed up they started dropping and breaking items. They left an hour early and didn’t even tell anyone they were leaving — they just vanished !!!
¹⁄₃ of the men was wonderful. Thank God for their guy James who was younger and if It wasn’t for him NOTHING would’ve gotten done in the short amount of time we had them. The old men were screaming at him to leave even though he was trying to finish his second hour for us that was agreed upon a week prior to moving day.
Whenever I called the business phone number James conveniently was unavailable to answer. I feel it’s been negligence on his part and if I were the owner of reds I’d be REALLY concerned about the liabilities that Rob and Bill expose during moving customers. They are intoxicated and dropping damaging people’s belongings who’re paying them $ 104 an hour. They’re alSO DRIVING COMPANY VEHICLE INTOXICATED!!! What’s worse is bill said he’s worked for reds for 15 years and Rob stated 7 years. The owners must be aware of their alcoholism — why on earth would they send these two old alcoholics out to represent their name !!!
