Sara Goodrich, LMT offers Therapeutic Massage for headaches, fibromyalgia, chronic pain and stress relief. I’m also a Reiki Practitioner. Reiki is a wonderful relaxation technique that supports the body’s natural healing mechanisms.

I also offer onsite chair massage in the Auburn and Lewiston Maine area. A great addition to a work place or private function!

Prenatal massage and hot stone massage are offered as well.

History

Established in 2011.

After moving to Maine in 2011, started my practice in Lewiston, ME in that November.

Thanks for wanting to know more about me! I’m a 2009 Graduate of Cortiva/​Muscular Therapy Institute in Watertown, MA. I also am a graduate of Bryn Mawr College. I live in Lewiston, ME with my husband.

It’s a privilege to supporting people on their healing journeys. Massage and Reiki is a part of that, so is teaching Kundalini Yoga & Meditation, which I also do locally.
