I specialize in intregrated bodywork; utilizing swedish and deep tissue techniques, as well as Thai stretching and Trigger point therapies to relax and release muscular tension and tightness. I’m also a full body certified provider of ART which is Active Release Technique, the gold standard in soft tissue therapy. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, rejuvinated, renewed, and in some cases reset. I have all the comforts of a nice spa complete with a heated table, self adjusting memory foam head rest, nut free oils, hot towels, herbal hot pack for back, and an eye pillow for every massage. There is a 24 hour cancelation policy or forfeiture of voucher or 50% of apt cost will be enforced. I don’t do late evening appointments. Saturdays cannot be booked online. Please try to BOOK online for often I am usually in session or away from the office phone. But please leave a message if I do not answer with the date and time you are looking for and I will return your call and do my best to accommodate your request. I might possibly have a same day appointment available and I look forward to meeting you.

Established in September 2011; Shasta is a licensed Massage Therapist with great knowledge of anatomy and a I’m proficient in a wide range of modalities. Nationally Certified and has been practicing massage and bodywork for 16 plus year. I truly love my work.

I am in Leucadia and very happy to be in this unique town. I am looking forward to serving your massage and bodywork needs. Discounts will be offered for pre-​paid packages. New Years specials currently running and posted on website.

Hi my name is Shasta Lavigne and I am a California state certified massage therapist as well as Nationally certified and AMTA insured. I have been practicing massage for over sixteen years, have 1300 plus hours in education and certifications. I am a San Diego native and love the North County area. I have a passion for the art of massage and very much enjoy what I do for a living. I’ve finally made my dream of being a small business owner come true. My favorite modalities are Thai massage done on the table at my studio. Deep Tissue/​Therapeutic Massage, and I am now full body certified in ART which is Active Release Technique. The gold standard in soft tissue repair and is a wonderful technique when all other therapies have failed. I have a great office in Leucadia; and I am looking forward to growing with the community.

Bamboo Lotus Massage is an adorable little hide-​a-​way spa near the beach. I stepped into her studio and felt like I was on vacation. Shasta is well versed with her knowledge of essential oils as well as her talent with massage and healing the body is a recipe for intoxication. I highly recommend Shasta, her healing hands are exactly what you need for injuries or just rejuvenation.

Shasta is amazing. I was looking for someone who combines ART and Massage and I found her. She did an amazing job, worked out all of the knots in my back & legs and spent a little extra time on me (much appreciated!). I highly recommend her for any body work you need done. Her space is very clean and calming… I didn’t really want to leave:) Anyways I will be back, thank you shasta!

The awareness, intuition and skill Shasta has is indicative of a very talented and experienced massage practitioner. Her massage techniques are both therapeutic and relaxing, which is a rare combination for me. I’m either writhing in pain at a reflexology place for the sake of getting therapeutic relief or I’m annoyed by the overpriced spa that is rubbing lotion on me for an hour. She has the soothing, rhythmic strokes but there is therapeutic value and strength with everything she does.
Will definitely be back, highly recommend!

Best Massage ever! Relaxing and healing. Shasta truly is gifted, she was able to find the source of my soreness and fix that tight spot between my shoulders that never seemed to go away. Her training in different types of massage is nice because she can change her style according to what my body needs. Her studio is conveniently located and a relaxing space. I highly recommend get your next massage at Bamboo Lotus, best massage I’ve had in the state!

Shasta genuinely cares for her clients. After finding her on Unilocal,thought I’d give her a try since I had lower back pain from sports injury and carpal tunnel. Have to say, after 5 sessions of ART/​message with her plus the exercise she asked me to do, I’m 80% better already. She has a pair of healing hands.

For the past six months, Shasta has consistently given me massages that have successfully alleviated the chronic pain I have been enduring from cervical degenerative disc disease. In addition to massages, Shasta provides a very common sense approach for how to improve muscle flexibility and reduce «flare-​ups» that can occur after exercise or strenuous activity. I credit Shasta for helping me eliminate my need to take anti-​inflammatory drugs, like Advil, on a daily basis, in order to treat my chronic neck pain.

I’m a fan of massages, and have used the services of several over the years. Shasta is far and away the best. She’s been helpful in relieving tight muscles in my ankle, knee, and back. She has a nice business location, with ample parking. I live in P.B., and the long drive (for me) is unimportant. And her sessions are reasonably priced. All in all, an excellent experience.

MAGIC HANDS, MAGICAL SESSIONS!!!
Shasta really knows how to sooth your body and soul through massage and various other therapies. Every session with Shasta has left me relaxed, energized, sometimes even a bit light headed, and always feeling better physically as well as mentally.
Her location, a bit cramped with no real waiting room but is far more personalized than her last location with parking hit and miss. But once the door closes and you lay down, nothing about her new location matters.
Shasta’s prices are extremely reasonable for the time allotment and, shhhh, under-​priced for the quality of the services she is capable of providing!
My only complaint, Shasta is always booked so last minute appointments, even a week out, can be difficult at best. But then that is a reflection of the demand for her services…

Ok… this is no joke… She’s literally the BEST massage therapist I have ever had! I’ve used massage envy, high end spas and friends over the past 15 years. I have a bad back problem and lots of tightness. Shasta focuses on the muscle groups and gives the right touch which is not the fluffy kind which does nothing for me. I have referred her to all my friends and they all say the same thing about her which is «OMG that was the best ever!». So if you’re reading this review, I highly recommend her and you’re missing out if you don’t choose her over another massage girl.

UPDATE: still feeling awesome & full of energy; if I would have known I was going to get these results I would have done this a lot sooner! LDM is very subtle, you may not think it will work, but it def does!
