Best thing about Dominos Pizza is… 30 minutes or less!!! It’s a typical fast food type place… So if you want a gourmet pizza experience I suggest you go to a gourmet pizza place… But if you want fast take out type food which I like from time to time… Go with Dominos… Also try their Spicy Wings!!! They are great to have especially when you have company over!!!

Disgusting is the word that describe my last night dinner, I ordered 2 chicken Parmesan sandwiches and it came fats and hot but the firts bite OMG it was gross, I don’t know if was the cheese or the sauce or the tow little pieces of chicken, everything was terrible, I payed $ 20 dollars for a food that I throw it away! Never order again.

Totally rude workers and horrible service. I called an hour ago for my pizza and they still didn’t make it and when I ask them how long left they totally ignore me and one of them said I don’t make them talk to someone else !!

It was 95 degrees out and nobody wants to cook. Got a large pizza under 10 bucks. Picked it up, the place was clean. It was good… I mean really, it’s Dominos… you know what you’re getting.

This location used to be good but definitely not anymore. Just got my final delivery from them after paying with credit card & the delivery guy asked me for my card so he can trace the last 4 digits onto the receipt (while the last 4 digits already shows). He probably thought I was some fucking dumbass so he can try and scam me, well FUCK YOU!

You would think that a pizza franchise primarily based on delivery service would be better than most delivery pizza restaurants but this place has the worst delivery service out of ANY food establishment.
Often times I would take a gamble hoping that they may deliver before an hour but their continuous runs of over 1 hour and 15 minutes delivery times and cold pizza has made this place a losing bet.
I will stick with my local neighborhood REAL Pizzeria.

I see all the horrible reviews but. This dominos never failed me.
But I’ve only gotten the supreme
Pan pizza, cinna sticks, and wings. Every time the pan pizza is awesome. Cinnasticks are great. And the wings SUCK. Only got it once and never again would I get wings from here. They were slight cold in some areas.
The delivery time is a fail. 1 hr + delivery every time. That part really sucks.
Never messed up an order or forgot any of the 5 extra sauce packets I order.
I will continue to order from here. Just not the wings.

Do not get me wrong, I LOVE DOMINO’s! but this location needs some serious improvements. Considering they always take over an hour to deliver to my house,
This week I decided to place an order for pickup.
Online it said it would be ready in 10 – 15 minutes, so I arrive after 20 minutes. It took 5 – 7 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence at the register, just to be told my pizza wasn’t ready. Long story short, it took another 20 minutes for my pizza to be ready. Completely defeats the purpose of ordering online before hand if its going to take just as long.
ALSO, they are very skimpy with the toppings.
I’ll have to be very desperate the next time I order from this location.

Twice in a row received the order over an hour from the time I placed it in the app. Today, after precisely 55 minutes from placing the order, the tracker says I received the food. I called the store and was told to wait a couple of minutes. 25 minutes later food arrived cold. No apologies from the driver, Eduardo. Not a single word like everything was okay. You would think he’d be a bit more considerate to say more than «hi $$$ please». I guess delivering over an hour later is the norm. Well not anymore, at least for me. Deleted app.

I typically only order Dominos — Leonia for delivery since it’s a town away and I like their online coupons. If I’m picking up pizza I tend to order from my local pizza shop. My order tends to arrive before or on time based upon their tracking system. I only have one complaint, during a delivery this winter the delivery guy didn’t’ have my food in the insulated bag and my food was barely warm. Other than that one experience they typically deliver a hot, decent pizza for a good price.

2 hour delivery time… For that I could have gotten better. Seems to be a constant issue at this location. Why pay for the quick service when the service is horrible and there’s nothing quick about it? If I knew I had to wait two hours I would have supported my local restaurant instead.

Delivery is as timely as any other Domino’s, the pizza has always been hot and the drivers always cool to deal with. No complaints.

I like dominos pizzas’ pizzas, they taste really good. I really like their garlic crust. However, their service is terrible. I ordered a pizza on the phone and they said to come 10 minutes later. So, I went 10 minutes later. The worker there said to wait a few more minutes so I waited there. Another 10 minutes passed. I started to get impatient. I asked them when my pizza will be done but they only answered it was going to come out soon. That kept on happening until one hour passed. I had to wait one whole hour and a half to get my pizza. When I ate it at home, it wasn’t even good. The pizza wasn’t toasty and the cheese were like rubber. I would go there if I was really craving for pizza but I would recommend not going there if you know another pizza store.

I haven’t vented about a local merchant for a while but tonight’s interaction with the Leonia Domino’s Pizza needs to be shared: My daughter texted me on her way home from volleyball and asked me to please order a dinner-​size portion of wings, plain, no sauce. To save time, I drove over and picked them up; my daughter was just walking in. Unfortunately, the wings weren’t plain, but doused with their extra-​spicy sauce, so I called them. After explaining what happened, I was told that they’ll remake the wings, it’ll take only 15 – 20 minutes and the driver will run them over. After waiting 30 minutes, I called and was told that they’re out, it should be any minute. 15 minutes later, I called again. «We don’t know where the driver is», I’m told, «Please hold, we’ll call him». I am on hold 10 full minutes (trust me, I checked). Now here’s the good part: «I’m sorry, but the driver put spicy sauce on the wings». I ask, «You allow your divers to handle food?» «Yes», I am told, «All our employees are trained to handle food». «You are allowing drivers who are touching money and dirty cars to put sauce on a closed box of wings?», I ask. Yes”, I am told, «We need all the help we can get». «I think this a bunch of hooey» I tell her. «I think you all need some training in food handling and a visit from the Health Department». «Yes, ma’am, I’m terribly sorry. We’ll give you a credit». I am amazed, after all the negative Unilocal reviews, that this place is still open.

I rarely write reviews but the service at this location is horrible! Every time I try to order online for delivery, it says that my address is outside of their delivery area (it’s 1 mile away). The store says that is just an error but have not fixed it even though I’ve complained every time. I like to order online because of the coupons. They refuse to honor the coupons when I call over the phone and insist that I have to place the order online to redeem them… so tonight I had to place a pick up order online and then call them to switch it to delivery so they would honor the coupon. I chose to be charged extra for extra sauces. When I called the store I reminded them to please not forget the extra sauces. Guess what they forgot? I called to complain and was told they would be right back with them. That took another half hour. I wouldn’t normally make a big deal about sauce but they charge $ 1 per cup and plus a $ 2.50 delivery fee. At least get the order right and bring what I paid for.

Certainly don‘t recommend delivery, since it is possible to starve waiting for the order arrive even for a short distance.

Tonight I called to have a pizza delivered. It was during a rain storm, dominos said they were not making any deliveries because of the rain. Kind of ridiculous, but okay. I place my order and head out 3 towns away to pick up my pizza. As I’m pulling up to dominos I find the delivery guy walking back in with empty delivery bags, and picking up delivery orders to continue on delivering. When I asked «I thought you guys said no more deliveries?» The girl said «yeah no more deliveries» I said «well that’s funny I just saw him walk in from delivering and now he’s heading out with more deliveries». An acceptable explanation would have been the truth. Instead the girl flat out lied and said «well those are all orders left over from before the storm». The storm began 5 hours ago, and I called half hour ago. There is no way people have been waiting 5 hours for their pizza. I then said «wow those people must have been waiting hours for that pizza», she said «yeahhh». Dominos you did me wrong. I would rather pick up pizza from a local pizzeria now than go all the way over to dominos because your drivers are too lazy and lying about their current delivery status.

I’ve ordered several times from this Domino’s. A few times, the driver forgot my soda — ok, not a big deal, but come on, get the order right the first time. When I ordered today, it was over a half hour before the pizza and boneless chicken (or what I thought was boneless chicken) arrived. The pizza was cold. Also, I realized that we had someone else’s chicken order! I called the store and was told that my chicken was left at the store and the driver would be back with it. Well, here I sit, almost 45 minutes later, and still no chicken. For the prices they charge, this is unacceptable.
Going to have to think long and hard if I decide to order from here again.

After major complain to the HQ. they offer me a free pie. They need their Mojo back.

I ordered from here since I hadn’t had Dominos for a while. After ordering, I remembered WHY I never order.
First of all, the website is a joke — I know I’ve registered on there, but it had no record of my registration. So I registered again. Second, after I placed my order, I received NO email confirmation, only the page confirmation. So I called the place. The guy who answered the phone didn’t know what I was talking about and kept asking some other guy there. Then they said to hold. Another guy then picked up and without taking my information, asked what I ordered and lazily said «If you ordered online, we got it». Fine. An hour goes by and no pizza. We call again. Same EXACT thing happened. Guy answers, asks guy next to him. Puts me on hold. Another guy answers, asks what I ordered, and said «Yeah, it went out». Thirty minutes LATER — NO PIZZA. We didn’t even bother to call them a 3^rd time to cancel it.
Ridiculous but probably for the best. If they can’t even take a order, they probably can’t keep their kitchen sanitary and can’t make their pizzas up to standard. Last time EVER ordering from this dominos.
