Craig spent 17 years in the automotive manufacturing industry in multiple positions ranging from senior quality engineer on the product development team to operations manager with 200 employees. The plant was a ‘Just in Time’ facility averaging 1.5M daily. This required Craig to quickly survey situations and recommend specific courses of action. In 2003, Craig put his business experience to work to form American Floor Care LLC with his vision to be the best residential carpet cleaning company in KC. That ‘Just in Time’ background allows Craig to quickly assess and respond to emergency situations.
