T & R Towing

I was in an accident, and under a ton of stress. This being my first accident I had no idea where to go or what to do. Chad the owner was a huge help! They came towed my vehicle, helped me contact my insurance and they pretty much took care of everything. I highly recommend T & R towing. Thank you again for all of your help!

T and r towing rip off and scam artist. They damage my vehicle give me their insurance information where they later denied the claim I’m still fighting their insurance company for them to except responsibility to all damages done to my vehicle by the towing service t and r

No one wants to wake up to find their car won’t start and then need a tow. This happened to me twice and both times I have used this towing company. They were recommended to me by my car dealer. Both times very quick and professional. Definitely recommend if you need a tow… which I hope no one would ever need!

Had an accident on 1 – 55, my car was the only one injured. The Illinois State Police had T&R tow it to their place in Lemont, IL. While waiting for my insurance agent to to assess the car, I called T&R several times. They told me every interaction they had with the insurance company, etc. They keep records, liked that.
They told me many helpful things, like «In Illinois on any police ordered tow service, your insurance company is required to pay for the tow,» and «Remember to take your I-​Pass Responder,»
On my visit to get all my stuff out of my old car, their guy asked «Do you want your plates?» Which I did, but hadn’t thought that far ahead yet. He offered to take them off for me, and I asked how long he had worked there. Turns out he was the *owner.* I am very happy to know a company like this exists!
