Silverstone Flood and Restoration

Unfortunately, I’ve mostly called them when I’ve had some kind of flooding. And with multiple rentals, this happens more often than I would have liked. With this being said…
I’ve worked with Silverstone for about 7 years now on multiple projects. They’re follow up and follow through is excellent.
When it comes to flood restoration, charges tend to pile on quickly between the dryers, removals, etc. Silverstone is very conscious of this. They’ve been flexible on every occasion when working with insurance companies. They’ve even provided needed flexibility during times that I had to pay out of my pocket.
They did such a great job with unexpected work, we decided to work with them to remodel our new home. They delivered a beautiful product within budget and on time. In fact, we were moving in as they were installing the final items. Their support after which has been excellent.
Their ownership and management team truly cares and are very accessible. They have a great network of subs to get the job done.

I have known and worked with Wally Garcia of Silverstone for approximately 25 years. He has remodeled one house and repaired another after fire damage. I found him to be very easy to work with. The work done in a professional quality, timely manner and I wouldn’t hesitate to have him come back and do more.

Tenant flooded one of my rentals and David at Silverstone did a great job of both handling the tenant and the repairs.

We had a disaster on our hands with no help from the insurance company. Silverstone rescued us from a very bad situation. From Wally, David, and the rest of the employees who did the work, we could not ask for a more professional, hard –working group. David was so helpful and was always available for any concerns we had. He assured us that they would solve our problems and they did!

I have had Silverstone twice now. First for an emergency in the bathroom. David Peterson is professional and always in a good mood. The second time we chose them to do a complete bathroom remodel. Whenever I telephoned David, and it was many many times, he always answered my call or called me right back. I find this very important as many times you come across companies that are not very responsive. The work was done very professionally. The people who did the work were always pleasant and clean and cleaned up after themselves every day. This work was not through an insurance company. The work was done in a timely manner.
David Peterson said one month and one month it was. As we all know that itself is pretty remarkable. I highly recommend this company for your insurance needs or just for a remodel as we did.
I would definitely have them again if the need arises.

We would not use them again. We had a dishwasher flood our entire downstairs area, we dried it up very fast so as to avoid the damage, it was too late. We called in Silverstone Flood and restoration, Wally came in and checked the damage, he told us that he was going to give us a new kitchen. They removed the entire north side of my kitchen leaving me with no cabinets. They placed large fans to dry the place out for 3 days. We did not need our cabinets removed; only the one that was flooded and have the toe kick replaced.
I came home to find the entire downstairs drywall cut and removed, from the kitchen to the dining room to the living room and bathroom and under the stairs.
Our insurance never kicked in and they placed a lien on our home. They also added in a fee for crown molding that was already paid for with a check. The people that he had working for him stole a suite of my husbands from a closet that had to go into storage. This took weeks and weeks and I eventually had to tell them that we no longer wanted to do business with them.
I would call this company dishonest!
