They came right over after I called. 10 minutes! He was passing by. Gave me a fair price. Said the work would start on Friday or Monday. He called on Thursday to say the could start later that day! It was a huge job. They worked after dark 3 days and everything was perfect and cleaned up. Came back a 4^th day to make sure to do some extra cleaning. Highly recommend this company for your tree needs.

Rivendell Tree Experts not only did a wonderful job trimming our trees and cleaning up but they were intelligent and knowledgeable about Dendrology (wooded plants). They knew exactly what kind of trees we had, what grew on them and why, and what was best for the tree itself. They were very kind, easy to talk to and be around. A great group of professionals. I will definitely hire them again!

Very few contractors do what they say and say what they do. Rivendell actually did what they said they would when they said they would!
We found them on line. Called them, they showed up for the consult when they said they would. We were in the middle of quite a few projects and it was nice to actually have someone show up when they said they would. We are out of town owners and this was one of our rental properties. It was very difficult trying to work with contractors within our limited time frame.
We were very upfront with them letting them know we were collecting bids. After meeting with 3 other «tree experts» we were most comfortable with Gary. He had a team of people and was an actual certified Arborist. His price wasn’t the cheapest but we didn’t mind paying the right guy with the right credentials. We had several very large trees removed. We were very concerned because the trees were close to the house and had the potential for a very disastrous situation. His team showed up when they said they would, took their time and did the job. Our neighbor even came out and hired them on the spot to trim their trees.
His team was very professional, courteous and cleaned up afterward. Something we found most contractors didn’t do. As mentioned we had several projects going on at the same time. Roof repairs, electrical repairs, front door replacement and of all the contractors we were working with Rivendell was the most professional and the only team we didn’t have to call back to «fix what they already fixed».
Already planning on calling them back to remove a couple of other trees. Thanks guys!
