Jock’s Exxon Station

Went in earlier today for an oil change and I couldn’t have been happier. Tracy, Caleb and Abby are super nice and the location is convenient! Plus they were giving away free hot dogs and water! Definitely coming back for my next one and any other Service needed for my car!

Really nice people but they won’t fix your car. I brought my truck in for the Power Steering pump and the Power Steering hose. After I got it back the pump was fixed but the hose wasn’t so they «fixed it» again and tried to charge me for it again. Then wouldn’t you know 2 weeks later I notice my truck is leaking something so I checked it out and it was the same hose. Needless to say I will never take my truck or any other vehicle back there, and you would recommend anybody reading this review to take you’re business elsewhere.

Excellent service with personality and a smile is only exceeded by a small stuffed bear given to a six year old… Clean, well-​lit, «personal», and now my daughter’s favorite «errand». It is always nice to a see a business run and staffed with «friends» that are real people who blend into the reason and type of people we all moved to Leesburg to be around.

I brought my car in for a State Inspection last month and the inspector failed my car. He said that my car’s third brake light was out. He put a rejection sticker on my car and pulled it out of the Bay for me. Then i got in the car and pressed the brake pedal and the 3^rd brake light lit up. I called him back and told him. He said that it wasnt working when he did it. Then he tried to justify it and blah blah blah. I was just happy that it worked. He then said something along the lines of that it’s going to break tomorrow but since it works now i’ll pass it. Well a month later, it still works. This inspector is a hack and was rude to make that comment like i didnt know what i was talking about. The inspector was a hispanic male who i was told was new there. this was the basis of my rating.

went to take my car for an emission test– they were quick and friendly.
The only difference is you park your car, go in to fill out a simple work order sheet and wait.
I’m going back for an oil change soon!
Plus– they gave me a free coffee traveler mug! Thank you!

After experiencing my share of terrible auto repair service– especially around Loudoun County, and even giving this Exxon and second chance I am very happy to say Julian is the most down to earth and HONEST mechanic I have ever paid to work on my baby haha.
Let me start with my first experience at this Exxon repair shop. I brought in my Nissan versa during the winter of ’11 to have a random noise inspected. After being highly skeptical I decided to not go with their diagnosis… honestly don’t remember what it was. They charged me $ 40 just for looking at it. I vowed to never return.
However since they’ve changed hands, and my boyfriend has been a loyal customer for two years I decided to give them a second try (not to mention I just got a ticket for not having my inspection up to date, and jock’s exxon was the third place I finally caved into, so I could avoid further penalities). At the time I had just ordered a new air filter and Julian explained/​assisted us in installing it AT NO CHARGE :)
So I’ve since gotten my inspection done, and Julian was fast, helpful about my ticket, and far exceeded my expectations.
I returned in the beginning of May for my passenger window, as it was off-​track and no longer operational. Julian was able to get the work done in a reasonable amount it time, and for more than $ 70 less than the dealership would have charged.
Sooo give this place a try, as long as you deal directly with Julian you won’t regret it!
