History

Established in 1987.

For 25 years, Lake Wenatchee Properties has specialized in marketing properties on spectacular Lake Wenatchee. The company’s founder, Gary Craig, focused exclusively on Lake Wenatchee. However, as seller referrals grew and buyers were interested in properties off the water as well, expansion ensued. In 1999, Steve Craig acquired ownership and continues as the Designated Broker today.
