Service King Collision Repair of Leander

Just received excellent body work from Service King Leander. Melissa had great communication and updates throughout the process. Great customer service. Having the rental car location there a plus. My car looks awesome. No complaints.

My car was referred here through the persons Insurance company that hit me. I had my car 2 months, brand new, and I got hit. I did come here to see mixed reviews and thought I would just bring it to Service King and take my chance. When I walked in I thought, Oh how convenient the car rental place is right there inside! Less hassle! I sat there for about 30 minutes and was greeted by I think Keith, he was very polite and nice. Got a quote. Brought my car back to have the repairs. I vacuumed my car and made sure it was spotless when I dropped it off here. The repairs took 5 day when I was quoted 3. and when I picked up my car the repairs were great. no problem. BUT. My car mats were muddy and dirty, there was paint dust inside my car all over, I have scratches on the consoles in front and back of my car, and I now have a buzzing noise coming from the windshield and my gas cap was completely messed up (I guess they had taken it off for the repairs and never put it back on correctly). So I get a survey through the my email and I fill it out and wrote exactly what I am writing here and I get a call from Jeremy Wood trying to make things «right» with everything that was wrong and a promise that they would detail my car and check out the other issues I had after bringing it there. We were having a couple days of rain that week and he said he would give me a call at the end of that week and even come get my car to have all of these things checked out… That was almost 3 weeks ago. I am disappointed and do not like to be lied to. The only reason I gave 2 stars was for Keith’s professionalism and the repairs look good. Hopefully I don’t have a problem with the repairs later, not too sure they will uphold the lifetime warranty they said it has. :(

Walked in to the Leander shop and waited. Receptionist finally asked what I needed and then asked «Brittany» to quote a price. Brittany said she was busy and it would take a minute. 5 minutes later I walked out! Way too many body shops to be ignored with poor customer service. I will never be back!

Service King and Keith did a great job!
Keith handled my car repair after an accident and his service was great! He called me and updated me during the whole process. He worked with me the whole time on when I could pick my car up and he even stayed a little late for me since I was coming in from out of town. I would definitely recommend Service King in Leander to anyone!

Keith did a great job processing my collision. Although it was deemed a total by the other owner’s insurance, Keith kept me informed throughout the process. Thank you Keith and Service King for making a bad situation less painful.

Keith is awesome! The repair was great can’t tell my original bumper was touched. Also my wheel had a scuff and that is gone. Great customer service.
I was told three days and it took 2 days. They have 500k of damaged cars in the lot and they got my little fender bender done in two days not the three estimated. They told me it might be more after they get in there and look and they did not up charge me on anything.
My car is fun and I have a dash cam. No one went for a ride.

Very rude… very disrespectful. Go in there to get an estimate on an extremely minor car damage and they refuse to even give me an estimate unless I am filing through my insurance. Seriously! Gets worse, next I am told there are separate estimates for personal repairs. Big clue… go somewhere else!

Service King specialist were very professional and timely. They took care of my car and dealt with the insurance company. I would recommend them to anyone! Keith Travis Assistant Manager was amazing. If I had a question or concern he would take care of it for me. He was also very prompt on updating me the whole time my car was in the shop.

WOW! I love good service and always enjoy when I can provide a positive review. This is one of those occasions. I brought in my vehicle for repair to my bumper after being rearended by an uninsured motorist. This process was painless! I made an appointment to bring in my vehicle for repair and I was in and out WITH a rental car (thanks to the Enterprise on site!) in 20 minutes. I was updated with every step of the repair process. I dropped off the car on Monday morning and it was ready for pickup by Tuesday afternoon. Everyone at the shop was friendly and professional– I could go on and on… I will refer others to this location. Thanks for the great service!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Let me start from the beginning.
We took in our vehicle to get repaired and to re-​open a 9 month old claim that we were finally able to afford to pay the deductible on. Our vehicle had some rear quarter panel damage, a cracked front bumper and a cracked windshield. Service King assured us that they could take care of re-​opening the claim and doing all of the paperwork with our insurance company, which we were relieved to hear. We’re a bust family of 4 and expecting a baby soon so anything to help us save time is a blessing.
At the initial inspection, the skeezer rep came out and starting circling the damage on the car with his blue paint pen. He then started asking about little dings and dents on the car and how they happened, t which we replied, «we’re not really sure where they came from.». He circled the damages and said something about «might as well get them fixed» and we shrugged.
Four days later, we receive a call from SK, telling us that our car has been deemed totaled by our insurance company and that they’d «love to buy it from us». I was in total shock! The car was in no way totaled at all!
I started reading about body shops committing insurance fraud like this by adding «extra» damage onto the bill to make their payouts better. Well, well then. So my husband calls the shop and tells them to stop any and all work and put our car our in the parking lot so we can come pick it up, we don’t want them touching it a second longer. They tell us that it won’t be ready to pick up UNTIL MONDAY and that it’s disassembled in the back.
then call my insurance company who claim that they have not deemed my car totaled.
This company is nothing but liars and crooks trying to make a buck. I will be reporting them as well for insurance fraud.
