We install and provide maintenance services for air-​conditioning and heating systems for homes and small businesses in the Leander, Texas, area.

History

Established in 2010.

MLD services was started by Michael Dodge in 2010 in response to his passion about heating and air conditioning. Some people love talking about hunting or cars but Mike also loves talking about condensation, gas laws chemistry and how to make your AC run most efficiently. This company was founded on providing customer service, education about HVAC needs and options and being the ‘best ever’ AC company in the area.

Mike has been working in the AC industry for over 10 years. He has not only worked in service but at large HVAC company so knows all aspects of AC/​heating repair and installation. He is licensed through the state of Texas, certified in HVAC through ACC, and a member of Refrigeration Service Engineers Society. He is most passionate about HVAC and making his customers extremely comfortable and educating them about what repairs or installation will best fit their needs. Some people love talking about hunting or cars but Mike also loves talking about condensation, % humidity, gas laws chemistry and what the best seer rating would be ideal for your house.
