I would assume if this guy drives like a COMPLETE jagweed, his work is probably pretty bad. Hey there, Quick Cooling, Inc… if you’re going to ride people’s tailgates and weave in and out of traffic, don’t do it in your company vehicle. It’s very ignorant and a terrible way to represent your business. This, coming from some one who actually needs a whole new ac system installed.

Brandon and his team did excellent work in repairing our heater. My heater broke over Thanksgiving weekend, when it was 36 degrees. I called five local businesses, and this was the only business that answered. He was upfront with pricing and a time estimate. Within an hour of my initial call, he came by my house to diagnose the issue.
After diagnosing it, we scheduled an appointment a few days later to repair the motor (the issue). This appointment was at a specific time, and he texted me when he was on his way over (rather than a four-​hour time slot). He fixed this issue (i.e., motor), cleaned the fluid pipe, and provided expert advice on maintenance and replacing the thermostat to save money on our monthly bill. This took less than an hour.
The bill was as quoted. Overall, the service and my experience with them was quick, efficient, and effective. Plus our new motor has a yearlong warranty on it!

Less than an hour after I realized if was just hot air blowing from the AC vents these guys were here and had a couple small parts fixed and cold air blowing again. Prompt and professional.

I hired Quick Cooling after reading such good reviews online.
Brandon was prompt to answer my call, and able to tend to our need the same day. He was also responsive by text which I much appreciate. Earlier in the day I had another company out to diagnose and give me a quote. After I explained the situation to Brandon, he was able to provide a second opinion, diagnose the problem and provide an affordable fix (the other company was just focused on selling me a full system).
While I appreciate a quick and fast fix, he left in a rush and didn’t check that the system was cooling before he left. 2 hours later the system was still blowing hot… Unfortunately he didn’t initially check the outside system which had been turned off by the previous tech. He came back the next day to fix his mistake at no charge, but seemed rushed again, and only willing to fix quickly what he saw as wrong. He was not willing to fully check the system to be 100% sure that his diagnosis was the problem, and was hesitant to stick around to be sure the system was blowing cold and fully functional. He said he could do so if I wanted to pay him his hourly rate. He also proposed that the cause of our problem could be other things (such as clogged air filters), but when I asked him if he checked for those things as possible causes, he said he didn’t check for those, and was unwilling to do so at the current price. When I expressed concern over this customer service, he eventually was willing to accommodate me but I was not met with the professionalism I would expect from a company trying to build a business and generate great reviews. So, Quick Cooling gets an A for yes, fixing the problem, but needs improvement in providing assurance that their fix really was the answer, and also needs improvement in handling customer service and professionalism (he came to to the door still on a personal call). Stick around long enough to be thorough in your work and your customers will be much happier and trust in you more!

I am in the process of selling my home and my older AC needed some repairs fast. Brandon with Quick Cooling could not have been more helpful and timely. My AC unit is working better then ever and I have Brandon to thank. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about Brandon over at Quick Cooling. My AC went out on a Sunday at 10pm while I had family in town. Brandon was the only 24hr service that answered his phone directly (not through an answering service). He walked me through a couple of simple things that may have tripped the system just to make sure I really had a problem. After determining it was for real he came out and stayed until midnight to get me up and running. His prices, especially for midnight service work, were very reasonable. I don’t want to have to call him again, but if I have any issues with my HVAC, he’ll be the first call that I make.

I wish I could give a bonus 6^th star to these guys, as 5 stars just doesn’t seem good enough! I haven’t been so impressed with a company in quite some time. Our outside unit went out in the middle of the night, and by 9 am the house was already close to 90 degrees inside. I had called about 7 or 8 other companies, and everyone told me that they couldn’t come out until the next day, or the day after that! I called Brandon at 10am, and he was at my house by 12:15!
He and his partner had the part needed and had my AC running again within 30 minutes! Brandon was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable when I asked what I to do to help prevent anything from happening again. He never once tried to sell me anything. I contacted him afterwards to ask about getting on a plan with them to come out and do routine maintenance on our units.
As if our experience wasn’t already fantastic, my in-​laws called them the next day as their AC went out at the same time and everyone they called told them they were going to have to replace their entire unit without even looking at it due to its age. These guys came out (again, within a couple hours of calling), and got it up and running in a short amount of time.
It is really nerve wrecking when a major appliance goes out and you have to navigate a field that you know nothing about, and you can very easily be mislead into buying more than is necessary, but these guys prove that there are still good, honest, caring and compassionate people out there!

I had an AC unit that went out completely in the heat this week: failed motor, blown capacitor on outdoor unit. Quick Cooling responded immediately and made time late the same day to troubleshoot.
Once needed parts arrived the next day, Brandon worked overtime to install (finished close to 8 PM) in my absence as I requested. When I arrived home late that evening, the unit still was not cooling due to some minor work needed on the indoor unit (refrigerant was low due to known issue). Brandon responded late at night — after midnight — and arrived at 7 AM the next morning.
For my AC issues, Quick Cooling exceeded all of my expectations in terms of service and responsiveness. I think their pricing was reasonable as well. I will certainly use them again for my home and rental properties.

I don’t typically post on Unilocal,but my service today was definitely better than I expected. My AC went out around 4pm… by 6pm it was completely fixed. I called Brandon and he was just finishing another job and agreed to come out. He was quick in fixing and diagnosing the problem and gave me an idea up front what the cost would be. He even showed me how to fix the problem myself, if it occurs again. Highly recommended!

Brandon, the owner and technician, is an outstanding professional who has great pride in his work. He prides himself on great quality work for a great price. He is client driven and will go out of his way any day even for the smallest job. He has serviced my AC unit, which is around 16 year old. He has also recommended ways to improve the efficiency of the unit. He is a great local business owner to support, and I highly recommend him for any repair or replacement of HVAC units.
