Got my eyebrows done here by Naz. A-​M-​A-​Z-​I-​N-​G. And great price! Will be returning!

First time at this location. Will NOT return. I asked to have my eyebrows just cleaned, not to take from the shape of the eyebrow. Harsha did the opposite, she thinned my eyebrows and too apart.
It’s not worth $ 10. I will pluck them myself next time and do a way better job.
Very dissaponted.

First time I had threading done and I went into the store. I was very pleased. Only reason not 5 stars is the shop is worn down, the chairs are really beat up. I bought the eyebrow makeup and wasn’t pressured and I LOVE IT! I’m going back.

This was the kiosk not the actual storefront. She created a nice gap in my eyebrow that she then attempted to fill in with makeup (which she tried to sell afterward). Plus she was rough and I have at least 2 cuts. I won’t go back.

Honestly I don’t know what everyone is talking about. I have been there the past 4 times getting my eyebrows done. They are amazing! My eyebrows look phenomenal, I am constantly getting compliments on how great they look.

I would give it no stars if I could.
I have been here three times and I don’t even know why I gave them two more chances. Most of their employees are horrible, terrible and don’t give a fudge. One eyebrow is somewhat shaped and the other just a squiggly piece of … never again.

STAY AWAY!!! I was introduced to this franchise at the Ford Mall in Chicago, IL. The individual who did my eyebrows at Ford Mall in Chicago did an EXCELLENT job! That was the best job anyone has ever done on my eyebrows. I asked her if they had any locations in GA and she handed my the brochure. I saw there was one in Lawrenceville so I headed out there. Big mistake! First of all my boyfriend and i drove around for an hour just trying to the find mall! This trip should have only taken 20 minutes but my gps could not find the mall b/​c it had been renamed. I arrive and i tell the lady i don’t want it reshaped please just clean it up. I sat down and she was done in 15 minutes which was a red flag to me b/​c in chicago it took about 20 – 25 minutes. The lady in chicago took her time to clean, shape and cut my brows. The lady in lawrenceville handed me the mirror and to my surprise my eyebrows were ruined. The right brow was curved while the left was arched. She did not follow my natural brow line like the lady in Chicago did. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is very picky about how their brows look. If you don’t care how your brows look then i would suggest this place but if you care like i do, stay far away! I did not tip b/​c i was extremely disappointed in the work they did.
