Can’t say enough good things about this salon.
I tell everyone about it and take whoever will go such as family and coworkers. Not to mention my sister in laws entire bridesmaids party.
Tola is an awesome person who really has a great team. I love getting my nails done from Michelle & pedicures from Ricky or Don. I moved to Newnan in December but I came all the way back here because of the customer service, quality of nails & options. I highly recommend this salon to anyone that wants on trend quality nails!

I have experienced good and bad at polished. Personally they are on the expensive side and always try and up sell you on the gel polish even after saying no several times. They have different types of powders and some are more expensive than others so be careful which one you select. The nail techs, well I have gone to some no not good and some very good, Bee and Don are extremely good !! I have had my eyebrows done there 3, times. The first 2 times they were uneven and not how I wanted but the last time don did them and they were great ! I do return off and on. Management has a so so personality when you have a complaint they usually like act your crazy for mentioning it but if everything’s is cool they are too.

I do not at all suggest getting your nails done here. I went in yesterday for a manicure & pedicure, both set are already chipped. I liked the design of the salon & the fact that it’s an «one stop shop,» but I would not at all suggest stopping here.

This place has a great atmosphere and the prices are reasonable. However, the staff is incredibly inexperienced. I have been here twice and don’t plan on going back. I got gel nails put on but the woman doing my nails had no idea what she was doing. She put the gel polish on my cuticle and anyone who knows about nails should know if the gel touches the cuticle the polish will peel off almost immediately within a few days, and it did. This happened both times I went.

So I’ve been here several times before today with no complaints. But I went in for a full set and was disappointed because the lady (Karen) who did my nails really rushed it and didn’t do that great of a job. My nails are super uneven. I wouldn’t go to her. When I went back after realizing how it turned out, the lady at the front desk was just so rude. I got her to fix it as much as she could. But I’m still not as satisfied as I have been with other places.

Overpriced. I wanted to like this salon so much but always end up disappointed. The salon is beautiful and has a wide variety of services. However, I always have to wait even when I make appointments. I’m actually currently writing this as I wait when my appointment started 10 minutes ago. The service is always subpar and I pay way too much! I have got to stop giving this place extra chances. You’re paying for the feel of the salon, not the quality of service!

i have been coming here for several years. They used to be a top notched salon. Quality has definitely gone down and you no longer feel special nor does the quality of work justify the exclusive prices. Now the techs «nickel and dime» you for everything. I have not been satisfied with the way my nails have looked for the past three times. I was also very surprised when my tech charged me to remove the polish and to remove a nail. A new set costs me 65.00. I don’t think i will go back simply because for the job they are now doing, I can go to a regular salon and get cheaper. Nothing special about Polished anymore. The air of sophistication and pampering is gone.

I am a regular here since I work right across the street at Cisco. They were busy today but I did come back after an hour to get my nails done. The lady who did my nails was very rude trying to sit me in the different area. I told her I want the massage chair area where everyone else was sitting. She was not happy about it and I had my pedi done in 15 minutes. She didn’t even roll paper while painting my nails. I refused to do my manicure then. You lost a customer today. I was really looking forward to doing my nails since I am going to Vegas. The manager told me he will talk to his employee. No apologies or anything. Thanks for ruining it. NEVER EVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!!!

When you walk into polished, the atmosphere alone will capture you. This is one of the reasons why I came, and stayed at polish. I quickly learned the nail tech I chose was a complete b@$#h. WHATEVER YOU DO, DONT GO TO B! B usually does my nails and I will say, I’ve been to a couple of people at Polished, and, in my opinion, no one did nails quite like B. Although she does a very good job at what she does, her attitude is COMPLETELY opposite. She is VERY rude in every way, shape, and form. She keeps her phone next to her and every second it goes off, she’s on it. She will literally stop doing your nails to send a paragraph text to whomsoever has texted her not considering your time or your money you are paying her. When I first went to B, I wasn’t familiar with pink powder (which costs more) and regular acrylic powder (which is what you’d normally for). Without educating me AND without my permission, she applied the pink powder but I was charged the regular price for acrylic. When time came to do a fill in, I was advised that my fill in would be more than my full set because I had pink powder on my nails… What a way to con your customer. If she had educated me and asked which powder I wanted, I more than likely would have chosen the pink because I honestly like it better. Doing so without telling me, though, is what made me question her character. I decided to look past it, being that I was pleased with my nails and continued to come to her. I’ve gotten attitude from her a number of times after. I had a bad accident where my whole nail came off and she insulted me by saying I must not get my nails done often and even went as far as calling me clumsy with a very bad attitude might I add. She’ll catch an attitude if you may have tightened up your finger a little and is very snotty about it. It makes me feel very uncomfortable. I drew the line today, my last time going to B. I asked B for a specific nail color and she told me they were out of that color and she suggested another color to me. I decided to trust her opinion and tried the color out. Bad idea. I hated it. As she is adding the top coat, I look to my left and the tech next to her is applying the color I wanted on another girls nails. Strike 1. B told me the tech said she was keeping it to herself Strike 2. I invited a friend to meet me at polished and when she came B was almost done with my nails. As my hand was in the Gel Nail Polish Dryer, it hit the sensor a couple of times, and B had the audacity to yell at me in front of my friend telling me to keep my hand still so she wouldn’t hear the beep again… Strike 3. I’m a very nice person but when I’m done, IM DONE. I spend a good bit of money at Polished. I pay more than the average would and I expect to be treated with great customer service ESPECIALLY when my hard earned money is being given. I could have been very rude to B. Instead I decide to take it to the manager, who was also extremely rude and suggested B was probably in her period and that’s why her attitude was bad… EXCUSE ME??? After a long debate in which I never disrespected him once, he allowed me to come the following day for a color change… Because of B’s AND the manager’s attitude, I will not be coming back to Polished. I was very respectful and pay good money only to be given HORRIBLE customer service… There’s a salon called Nails and More that has received excellent reviews on the same road. I think I’ll try them out. If you do come here, I would just advise to steer clear of B and expect horrible customer service.

I think this place is pretty cool and not like your normal nail salon. I loved the interior it’s so modern and chic! The salon also has little sub shops within and you can get just about any beauty need done including nails, hair, and henna. I just got a pedicure the pedicure station was nice and instead of regular chairs we sat on a couch with multiple spa stations in front. I really liked they used plastic in their spa tubs as well. The lady did a really good job on my feet and even let me keep the foot scrubber set after since they discard them. I’d definitely recommend and go back prices were very reasonable as well!

This is the 4^th nail shop I’ve been to in the Gwinnett area. It stands out from all of them because it’s not the typical shop. It has a very modern look. They have taken a lot of effort in making it look «cool». They’ve succeeded in doing that. From the receptionist to the business cards. It’s cute. The staff is very nice, except for the one tech that was being lazy and didn’t want to do my nails. It’s ok because Shawn did a great job! I came in for a full-​in and a pedicure. I prefer to have them done together to get done faster but they were done separately. That’s a small issue. My pedicure was lovely. He did a great job. He messed up on nail and instead of just trying to paint over it like nail techs normally do, he took all the polish off and repainted it. I loved that! Overall I had a good experience and will be back.

I don’t know why it took me so long to finally review this place. But it is my one and only nail salon that I go to since their opening many moons ago. At first I was worried because of the location — no parking and it was on top of a hill but their $ 14.95 grand opening lash extensions and foot spa just got me hooked. It was cheap, but it was good service, at least for me it was. So I was one of their customers from the beginning and I still am.
Now that they’re at a better location (next to Chick Fil A off sugarloaf parkway), the parking is better and easily accessible. They’ve also expanded from a small nail shop to a company, that’s huge. There are other services inside this building such as hair salon, make up salon and a clothing store — I haven’t been in though.
Champagne does my brows and lashes, love this girl. She does my brows right and gave me beautiful lashes, although my sensitive eyes aren’t the easiest to work with. But she was patience. :)
Given, I’ve had some bad technicians but you can always request for another one so no big deal. The price is reasonable.

I am so happy I found this place. I am always hesitant when a guy does my nails, but I had an amazing experience here! I had come in for a gel manicure & pedicure. My nail tech Ricky was so professional. He made sure I was relax & was very friendly. I liked how it was easy to have a conversation with him. He was not intimidating or anything. After 2 weeks, my nail polish still has not chipped! Yay for gel nails. Overall, I had a great experience. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been coming here for almost three years now and never been disappointed. Anya always does a GREAT JOB!!! I always get compliments on my nails and I love it!!!

I can say that I have been going to this Salon for awhile now when they were located in Sugarloaf in the 5 guys shipping plaza. TEE makes me feel so welcomed he is so funny and that is much needed when you are wanting to be in a relaxing environment. Nikki is a great nail tech she takes her time literally and caters to your preferences. Now Ricki, on my this guy gives the BEST MASSAGES ladies that have your knees weak and heart fluttering. He gives so much attention to your feet during a pedicure that leaves you catching yourself drifting off. I love the new salon over by 3 solar café nice atmosphere, tons of different services, and great personalities under 1 roof. If you haven’t been make your way highly recommended

Today is my second time coming here and I got the same results. I only come here cause my cousin chooses to. Next time I will save my money. Parking kind of sucks if it’s busy. There’s always at least a 30 minute wait. I wouldn’t mind if I don’t have to fix my polish as soon as I’m Home cause they do a sloppy job.
I got a regular pedicure both times and I think once they hear it’s just the regular and not expensive one they just rush. Happened both times. The first time it was so quick I ended up sitting in the chair waiting for my cousin to be done with hers and cleaned up around my nails since it was so rushed and sloppy. Today I’m refraining from fixing it while in here. I just have to go home and fix it… again.
It seems so dark in here and I assume they are trying to be modern bt I would prefer it brighter. I probably wouldn’t come back.

I’m actually pretty sad to be dropping my original review three stars. but I have valid reasons why. essentially, Sophy is the only good nail artist here which is why this review now has two stars instead of one. as I have now gone to three other technicians, I have had to speak with a manager afterwards (and mind you… I absolutely HATE doing that and being «that» girl). for the last three times I’ve gone, each manicurist has rushed through my manicure and not paying attention to what they’re doing at all. the last two times I’ve gone, I’ve asked for a French and the lines are so uneven it looks like a six year old did it. the tips were so thick and horribly ugly. for the past THREE times, they haven’t even filed the inside of my nails and it felt so gross. my nails were like catching on to everything since they were so rough under them. the last time I went, Lisa did my nails and eye brows. I will credit her with a great job with my eyebrows… however, her attitude was awful. she kept asking what time it was every five minutes and kept blaming me for putting my hands in the dryer wrong when it was how she was painting my nails and making it look bad. she didn’t speak more than three words to me which was pretty awkward.
really sad to say I’m not going to be visiting this salon again. maybe if they have a clean slate of employees with better attitudes and work ethic I might be back.

I’m really disappointed by this place. My friend had made reservations for the both of us at the same time in celebration of my birthday. It was suppose to be a nice thing us girls did together. Unfortunately, although we made the reservation together, they called me in first and all I could do was turn my head and see her sitting in the waiting area. They didn’t call her in till 15 mins later and she sat on the other side of the salon.
My friend and I couldn’t talk to each other at all. I wouldn’t of mind spending a higher price to get my nails done if I were able to enjoy the cute place with my friend but since my experience was basically by myself I could of went to a cheaper salon.
I would of gave them 2 stars but my nails were done well by Ri? and she did not have a lot to work with because of my really short nails. I got a gel manicure and the gel has lasted me almost 3 weeks now. She was friendly and I would have her do my nails again. She let me know about their policy where if it chips within three days they will redo it because gel is suppose to last 2 weeks. But I would ask to make sure of the time frame or if it goes for the whole salon.
The reason I’m unsure of the policy being the whole salon is because at the end of my service, Ri let me know that they never reuse nail files or buffers and gave mine to me for free if I’d like. I definitely accepted and I really respect it but my friend did not receive the same treatment. Maybe its just her who does it? So I definitely recommend having her do your nails if you do come here.
If you want to come here for something fun to do with a friend, skip this place.

I stop in to get my eye brows waxed real quick. I have never noticed this salon in this shopping center so it was a pleasant surprise to drive by and see it. Upon walking in, I feel like im heading into a bar/​club area. The light was dim, music was loud and overall a very hip vibe.
Just as a I walk in, the front desk is the first thing I see. Then on my left is the waiting area. Beyond that is the area for people to get their pedi and mani. I also noticed that they sell clothes and stuff in there as well. This Nail Salon was huge!
Anyways, As I stated, I stop by to get my eye brows waxed but when i spoke to the front desk, I changed my mind to threading instead. This was my first time doing threading and the manager (a guy) attempted to comfort me by reassuring me that it didn’t hurt. Thank goodness the receptionist next to him told me the truth and that it does hurt and don’t listen to the manager, who is a guy. lol I am glad she did because i would have been angry later because boy, threading sure hurts! But I gotta admit, beauty is pain. After the very painful 15 minutes threading session, my eye brows was nice but wasn’t the way I wanted it completely. I made sure to tell the girl that was threading my eyebrows that I wanted just a clean up. But after 15 minutes, my eye brows was skinnier. But she was very friendly and was very accommodating so I left happy regardless.
Overall, I like this place hip vibe, the service was nice and the price wasn’t bad. oh yeah, the eye brows threading cost 10 $. I would come back again for a pedicure. :)

Normally, this is my go to spot! I was around when they were still at the old salon (next to five guys on Sugarloaf Pkwy)…I absolutely love this place but the past couple of times haven’t been good ones.
The pros: modern, inexpensive, normally great nail techs, nice personalities
The cons: parking, new nail techs (mediocre), if no appt, look forward to a long wait (even with one you may have to wait a little bit), this place gets overbooked amd crazy busy.
Now to the reason why I may never come back to this establishment… the co– owner T (oldest brother) has a terrible attitude. I was scheduled for a pedicure and set (which I had to wait for even though I booked an appt, but it’s a holiday so I’m pretty understanding). The lady did my nails (which she rushed on)…and I’m just waiting and waiting until he finally asks me if I’m still getting my pedi. hell no! I’ve been waiting forever! I came there with someone else and they were pretty much done so I declined. Like wtf. And then the person I was with left their phone so we had to come back to get it… and T just sat it on the counter… completely rude about it. There were also other customers in there complaining… not good for customer retention. I am just really disappointed with my past few experiences here.
