I ordered an edible arrangement for my moms birthday last week and they failed to add on the things I paid extra for, and no I was not refunded. My parents threw away the arrangement as it was because the fruits were not fresh and tasted like it just sat in the fridge for weeks. I will never order from edible arrangements ever again, ESPECIALLYTHISLOCATION! beware people! Waste of my $ 80!

The delivery person called and stated they would deliver within 3 hours. I shifted my entire day around this event. On a tight schedule I waited. They didn’t show on time. I called and the manager was very unapologetic for compromising my schedule and time. She got a nasty attitude in less than 35 seconds. She offered me the driver’s phone number. «Really.» I stated that wasn’t my job to track down the driver. I only needed her to understand as a customer how it affects my schedule when they don’t deliver on time. She said«We will take in consideration. Thank you.» and hung up the phone. Very rude. I hate my boyfriend purchased from these people. I will never patronize them and I recommend no one else should.

Having previously ordered from edible arrangements, I didn’t expect too much of a hiccup. I placed an order online a few minutes before 11:00(around 10:50), and the pickup time was set for 11:30. I shortly received a phone call saying that my arrangement would be ready at 12:00. That put me in a bit of a time crunch, but it was still reasonable. At 12:17, I’m still waiting for the arrangement. Everyone is friendly, and I’m sure it’ll be great, though no one will be left at the event to enjoy it.

Beware! I just called to order an arrangement for my daughters birthday party. I was put on hold 2 different times before even being able to ask a question. I inquired about how much fruit was in the arrangement to ensure we’d have enough for the party guests. I was told this is a ‘complete secret’ before she hung up. Horrible customer service!

I ordered a special I came across online for a box of chocolate covered fresh fruit for $ 10. Since it was a ridiculous special I did not expect much from the service. I ordered online, the site was easy to use. When I went to pick the box up the staff was friendly. They were more excited than I was that I participated in the special! I prepaid online. It only took 2 minutes for me to sign and get my item. The store was clean and well organized. They had a variety of balloon, cards and small stuffed animals for purchase.
