After going to multiple eyeglass stores, I was told my broken glasses were not fixable. My toddler broke off the right leg of my glasses. Took my glasses to this place and they were able to fix them quickly and cheaply. Service was excellent and they even adjusted my husband’s sunglasses for free. They called on the day they promised and reminded me to pick them up. Location isn’t the best and parking is tight, but worth the trip.

I went in to change my designer sunglasses lens to gradient since it was too dark for me. It only took me less than a week to receive it back and it came out how I exactly wanted. I’ve asked around for other places to replace the lenses and the estimations came out to be up to $ 100. Lyn com only charged me $ 45 and the lady who helped me was very nice and understood how I want my glasses to be and walked out satisfied.

Excellent experience working with Norma and Mercedes. They worked with the technical staff and produced my glasses promptly and professionally. I’d found some coo frames and they helped me see well with them. Well Done!

I don’t know what happened to the other reviewer, but my experience with Lyn Com couldn’t be further from theirs. I have bought close to a dozen frames and or had lenses made for myself and my partner. Every single time Mercedes has been helpful and attentive, their prices beat any store in the beach cities less than 2 miles away, and the turn-​around has been less than a week in the majority of the cases. I have, and will continue to, recommend them without reservation.

ABSOLUTELY most horrible experience ever!!! I ordered my contacts on a Saturday & they said they will be ready for pick up on Tuesday. After 2 weeks of no phone call, I called & they had switched my contacts with another customer thinking I had already picked them up. Not to mention how dangerous it is for a random person to be wearing a pair on contacts that aren’t their prescription, they then proceed to call me and say they «have me on camera picking up my contacts» & that I was lying to them. I was appalled. I said I was coming in with my receipt and will go over the video taping with them. THEN I get a call back about an hour later apologizing that there was a mix up, it wasn’t me & they were sorry for accusing me. I expressed my dissatisfaction. They said my contacts would be ready the following day so I went in to pick them up but of course they «weren’t ready yet». I had to come back 2 days later & FINALLY pick up my contacts. 3 weeks later & after being accused on fraud. They’re unprofessional, unorganized & LAME!

They were rude and over charged me. It took 2 months to get my glasses. Then they tried to charge me an extra $ 150 for them. I would not recommend Lyn Com Optical.
